Close to the old town with all basics you need!

Location, quite safe, friendly host that communicates well and explains everything clearly.

Very used apartment, cigarette smell the moment you opened the door was a big turn off, it felt like there is a high turnover of guests, showers have very visible mould in them. Super tight parking access to the garage will test your skills thoroughly but doable with a small to medium size car. Great for one/two nights stay due its proximity to the old town but that’s it. Great value for money though if you are on the budget.

The AC units were a bit tricky but they did cool eventually. We wish we could have used the washing machine, even if just to spin our hand washed items, so they could have dried faster. Kitchen could use a hand towel but fortunately we brought a roll of paper towels from home.

Exceptional

The place was exactly as described. Everything was clean and it was a comfortable place. We only stayed for one night but it seemed to suit 4 people nicely even if we had stayed more days. It’s very close to the train station as well as the centre, we walked everywhere with no problem. We had a small delay for the check-in but Francesco was very understanding and available for anything needed.

Good

The apartment had two full bathrooms which was a welcomed surprise and the decor had modern finishes. It was about a 12 minute walk to the station and conveniently placed. It was practical and need a place to rest between tour daily touring, then this is perfect. This isn't old Town Verona however and the more modern side of the town with less activity at night.

The apartment had no 'chill' area. There was no couch or sofa to hang out as a family. The apartment could be made more inviting and warmer with more warmer decor to make it less stark. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. The kitchen could do with a microwave, a kettle and more utensils, especially for family stays.

Verona is excellent town, we had an amazing time.

Everything was Ok. Especially we liked location, near from the train and bus station towards the old town, air conditioning.

Clean and comfortable apartment for 4

Each bedroom had a bathroom and the place was comfortable and clean.

The only issue was that the apartment had a washing machine which could not be used. It was not stated on Booking.com as an available option, but when I saw that one was available in the bathroom, I tried to use it but had trouble. When I called the host we were told it could not be used by guests. This was not too much of sn issue though.

Top Kommunikation Super nette Tolle Lage halber weg Bahnhof und Altstadt (je 10 Minuten zu Fuß) Gute Gegend. Kleiner guter Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke Angenehme Wohnung. Alles sehr sauber Heizung und AC vorhanden Zwei gute Badezimmer Bequeme Betten

Correct pour un petit passage dans la ville

La proximité avec le centre. Facile de parquer dans la rue ou parking privé en supplément.

Nous avons trouvé l’appartement très humide. Il faisait froid en arrivant. Les linges ne séchaient pas… Pas de vue, mais étant donné que nous y étions que pour dormir ça allait très bien. 2-3 capsules de café dispo serait bienvenue.

Wohnung im EG über Garageneinfahrt! Elektrisches Garagentor war nicht zu überhören. (Schlafzimmer waren jedoch nicht davon betroffen!) Haben trotz Allem gut geschlafen. Das Auto sollte nicht zu groß sein wenn mit Garage gebucht!

Gut und preiswert, für ein paar Tage in Verona

Ruhig, 2 Bäder , 2 Schlafzimmer , Klimaanlage effektiv und sehr leise, Parkplatz gegen Gebühr. Altstadt in Nähe.

Wohnküche nur ein Fenster über der Garageneinfahrt. Dunkle Räume. Die Küche ist minimal ausgestattet. Gemütlich ist anders.

Locatie is super. Er is een privé parkeergelegenheid, wel een beetje krap, maar lukt ook met een grotere auto (geen busje). 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers

Een beetje het gevoel van opgesloten zijn. Ramen kijken uit op het garage ingang. Maar goed je bent er niet echt om binnen te zitten 🙂

Propre , fonctionnel, très bien placé à 10 min de la gare à pieds et 10 min de tous les sites du centre ville . Le garage pour la voiture a 8 euros par jour est très appréciable .

Zentral gelegen,nur ca. 10 min zur Arena zu Fuß. Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis von nur 8,00 Euro. Kaffeemaschine, Nespressomaschine vorhanden. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos erfolgt direkt bei der Wohnung. Preis Leistung top. Sogar 2 Bäder vorhanden.

Matratze im 2. Zimmer auf Schlafsofa zu weich.

Siamo andati a Verona per due notti e siamo dovuti andare a fare la spesa subito perché in casa non era presente nulla, neanche un po' di sale per salare la pasta o una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo. Wifi non funzionante

È stato un soggiorno di una notte per ragioni lavorative, zona abbastanza centrale, servizi primari accessibili, il Sig. Francesco molto gentile.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata positiva. Mi sarei aspettato almeno un piccolo kit di cortesia, ma mancava completamente il necessario sia per lavare le posate utilizzate, sia per gestire i rifiuti in modo adeguato. Gli scarichi delle docce erano lenti e purtroppo emanavano un odore sgradevole. Ho dovuto ripulire personalmente uno degli scarichi, che era in condizioni pessime e visibilmente ostruito. Anche la pulizia generale dell’appartamento ha lasciato a desiderare. I cuscini del letto non avevano un buon odore e, per una persona asmatica come me, la polvere presente ha reso la notte particolarmente difficile. Credo che con un po’ più di attenzione alla manutenzione e alla pulizia, l’esperienza potrebbe migliorare notevolmente.

Świetny odpoczynek, fantastyczne miejsce - polecam!

Bardzo komfortowe i przestronne mieszkanie. Duża kuchnia oferująca wszystkie potrzebne akcesoria. Dwie sypialnie i dwie łazienki. Pomimo pory zimowej w apartamencie znajdowało się ogrzewanie, które dawało komfort termiczny. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Dostępny dodatkowo płatny parking usytuowany pod apartamentem - również na bardzo duży plus fakt, że można zaparkować auto w bezpiecznym miejscu. Apartament znajduje się kilka kroków od starego miasta. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna, apartament czyściutki, komfortowy, gwarantujący bardzo dobry wypoczynek i bardzo dobra bazę wypadową do zwiedzania Werony.

Dobra loklizacja między dworcem a starym miastem, świetna baza do zwiedzania miasta i okolic.

Bardzo dużym plusem są 2 wygodne łazienki. Dobrej jakości ręczniki i pościel. Wygodne łóżka. Duża kuchnia i jadalnia. Mieszkanie jest wygodne i ergonomiczne, dobre dla 2 par lub rodziny z 2 dzieci.

Brak czajnika, wodę na herbatę trzeba gotować w garnuszku. Dość skromne wyposażenie kuchni - brak kieliszków do wina, ściereczek kuchennych, dużych kubków. Przy korzystaniu z piekarnika trzeba wyłączać pozostałe urządzenia elektryczne, zbyt małe bezpieczniki, to dość duże utrudnienie przy przyrządzaniu posiłków.
