The apartment is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the Historic Centre of Verona and on the bus route to the station and to Lake Garda. The owners of the property were very responsive when we raised concerns and came to the apartment to help us. They even arranged for us to collect ice from a local bar as the fridge has no freezing compartment. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was very clean and as we were staying for two weeks fresh towels and linen were provided without us having to request them
We did not like the arrangements to access the property by the QR code -we had never used these codes before and they took a lot of getting used to! The apartment is compact and we could have done with some more storage space.

The location- it was close to everything I wanted to do. Dining options nearby. The house was good and just what I needed

Spaciousness, cleanliness, location and total value for money
It’s a bit dark being a ground floor apartment, toiletries could be better
