A pleasant stay, but with room for small improvements.

Location is good, close to Arena di Verona. We stayed in this apartment for three nights. Overall, it was clean, renovated, and comfortable.

However, I would like to mention a few details that could be improved. The duvet was actually a thin blanket with only a light inner cover, and it was not placed inside a proper duvet cover. The bedsheet provided was plain, and although there was another duvet in the double bedroom, it was a single one. Additionally, for a three-night stay, the amenities were limited — there was only one small 20 ml shampoo per person and one small bar of soap.

Very spacious, clean and convenient, close to the arena and the citta antica. There is a kitchen ans even a washing machine. I wish we could have stayed longer 🥲

Brilliant location

Well equipped, very comfortable, plenty of space. Easy access for a wheelchair user with a lift and ramp within the building. Very close to the centre of town, the arena for the opera, and to supermarkets for our food shopping. quiet street and at night felt safe and comfortable.

One of our party could not use the coffee products and there was no other alternative we could find for making coffee. A small thing but going coffee free for 4 days was hard!

Nice apartment, good position

The apartment was well positioned and easy to access via a lift. The host was very attentive via WhatsApp and sorted the few teething problems we had straight away. Nice coffee left for our consumption and good heating / AC I would recommend

There wasn't enough toilet paper supplied and one bed did not have pillow cases on. We found extra bedding when we looked, but doubles were supplied with a single duvet and a sheet.

Good location, but that is all that this apartment offers

Good location, close to public garage, elevator. Owner allowed us earlier check in.

We booked the apartment with three bedrooms, but only two were prepared to be slept in, third one did not have clean linens, pillows, towels. Kitchen did not have a decent knife, no kitchen towels, bathroom with only one roll of toilet paper. Cleanliness of the apartmant also wasn´t great. Bathroom renovated but bathtub without any protection so when showering you will get half of the bathroom wet. Bathtub is also quite inconvenient to get in. Building is quite old, so it is very noisy. Bathroom door produces with very loud squeak witch wakes up everyone in the apartment if someone goes in the bathroom during the night. You will also hear all the noises from the neighbors, like people walking in the apartment above, dog barking, people coming home in the night, you will hear all of that. Also, we reserved in advance, but when I tried to shorten our stay for one day ( to one night instead of two), before the date noted on the booking page when no more changes can be done, the owner did not allow us to shorten our stay, so we had to pay the full price.

Excellent place to stay with only one bathroom!

Location was absolutely perfect. Close to everything in town, stores, restaurants and transportation.

The one deceiving part is that the photos showed 2 bathrooms and one with a shower. Unfortunately it only had one bathroom with only a bathtub. This was challenging for us with 3 kids.

Appartment with 3 sleeping rooms were booked for 4 people. One room was locked up. Host tried to convince us to use only 2 out of 3 booked rooms. After discussion the host came to the apartment and opened the third room. Thank you Noisy fridge. Air conditioning only in the floor

Great location very near the circus centre. The host (Guilia) was helpful and responsive. The apartment is quite big.

It was quite noisy at night if you’re a light sleeper. There was only one set of keys and it would be helpful to have more for groups.

Perfect location, nice apartment, friendly contact. Parking-Garage is literally around the corner. Be aware that one of the sleeping rooms is located on a small, but quite noisy street - but this is to be expected in a vibrant and pulsating city! We loved it.

Apartment near the city center

The apartment is on a very good location near the Verona Arena. There is a very nice and modern parking garage called Piazza Citadella nearby. The building has an elevator so you don't have to carry bags on the 4th floor. It has enough room for 5 people to be cosy. The beds were very comfortable.

The check in process wasn't very good as the building door lock wasn't working properly, so we has to wait for a long time for the owner to enter the building. The place doesn't seem too clean. There were cups which had coffee stains on them. Pods for the coffee machine aren't labeled so you don't know if you're making coffee with milk or without it.

Beautiful Apartment

The place was a gem ❤ It is located in a very nice area in verone, right next to the Arena with public transport being 1/2 minutes away. The place it self was well equiped and the bedrooms were so comfortable whike the bathroom was really spacious. Honestly it was such a pleasure staying here ❤
