"What I liked the most was its fantastic location in the historic center of the city and very close to the river. Additionally, the room was spotless, very clean, and had a great terrace."
"I checked in through the app and my confirmed check-in time was at 3:00 pm. However, the host would not answer the phone to let me into the room, and I had to wait until 5:00 pm. A very annoying lack of communication."
