We liked the apartment itself - the facilities were good, including a washing machine. It was neat and had lots of space.
The host was horrendous. Regardless of how he felt about our ability to find the keys, his job was to make us feel welcome and to facilitate a good experience. His refusal to send a photo of the keys' location (despite promising to), his continuous refusal of our phone calls requesting support, and his 'I told you so' message when we finally got in, left a very bad taste in our mouths. Suffice to say we will not be using Faro Homes again.

L’appartamento necessita di manutenzione: pavimento rovinato e scollato in alcuni punti. QUASI TUTTE LE PRESE sono staccate dal muro e ci sono fili volanti ovunque con grave pericolo di scarica elettrica. Sostituzione tovagliette colazione che sono logore e rinnovamento cuscini

No había fregona útil, tuvimos que comprar estropajos limpios, gel, trapos... Fue difícil mantenerlo limpio. Pocos rollos de papel, poco té/café, pocas tazas.
