This specific appartment didn't have a terrace so smoking was out of question, but we went in the nearby bar, so no big deal. There are some appartments from the same host that have a terrace, you just need to ask.

We spend unfortunatelly just one night in this apartment, because we were heading for Florance. About this particular apartment I can say it is clean to the utmost, on a calm and peaceful place 3,4 km from the center, and Luigi the owner was nice too. Don't wait, go for it! Ten out of ten!

English speaking host, very prompt in questions I had. Location is excellent, close to supermarket and a CoffeShop/Bar. Close to the city center. Safe area. Washing machine was very useful.

An amazing, budget-friendly option close to the train station (Porto Nuovo).

The host, Luigi, was amazing, extremely communicative, and a great English speaker (which is far from a guarantee when traveling around Italy). The accommodation was well-furnished with a fully equipped kitchen.

Not necessarily close to the city center, but the distance is still walkable (~20 minutes) and there are great bus connections.

Perfect studio for exploring Verona with everything you need closeby

We stayed for just one night with two adults and our 10-month-old son. This studio flat was suitable for our short stay, and the positive aspects certainly outweighed any minor inconveniences. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would consider booking this accommodation again for future trips. The studio was impeccably clean, and the host was incredibly accommodating. The well-equipped kitchen had all the essentials, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious with a lovely shower. The convenience of a nearby café and supermarket was a big plus. The café offered a delicious cappuccino and Cornetto with cream for just 5.80€, making breakfast a breeze. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Although the balcony lacked furniture and is right next air conditioning, but provided a nice opportunity to get a breath of fresh air and was perfectly clean as well. The only drawback was the slightly short bed for me, but that applies only to tall people (I’m 1.90m).

The host is so nice, he explained everything to us, how to get to the city center, what are the nearest public transportation lines and even took the time to show us around the apartment and to give us some tips. The apartment is also very clean and offers a lot of facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Verona in the future!

It is very pristine, modern and completely equipped, you can cook and do your laundry too and has aircon which will help ease up the heat during summer time. The host was on time in meeting us and explains everything. Migros shop was just nearby and two bus stop away from the Verona Porta Nuova train station. Just make sure you tell him your arrival time and follow his instructions and he is always there to help and answer your questions. I would definitely book this apartment againin the future given the opportunity. Grazie Millie.

I should have stayed more than a day, too bad I missed going to the city centre which I regret doing because my kids were tired and we have to travel to another place. I would love to come back but I don't know when as Australia is far from Italy 😁

Close to city centre

Apartment is located really close to centre of the city. If you are traveling by car, it is easy to find parkings spots around the property. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Nice and clean studio in walking distance from the city center

Host was really flexible with our changing plans and brought the keys to us when entering the apartment. Apartment was very clean and bed was really comfortable with very nice sheets and blankets. There was a nice walking route to the railway station and to old town so the locations was fine too. Also taxi from the railway station cost only 9 euros (that could be mentioned in the info).

Given lots of details about the apartment, keys etc. might not be the best option when one is tired of whole day travelling etc. I would suggest having instructions also at the department. It would be nice to have something to wipe the kitchen tables, more garbage bags (than just one) for recycling stuff and some painting/posters, carpets, pillows, curtains, racks and shelves would make the apartment more usable and homely. Now it felt really 'sterile' which is fine for short visit but when staying longer it would be nice.

We booked the flat at short notice, but Luigi was very quick and efficient in making all the arrangements. The accommodation met our needs very well - exactly as described on Booking.com. It is outside the city centre in a residential area, but easily accessible by bus. It is relatively close (by bus) to the train station and the airport..

The best apartment I've ever been to. Great location close to the city center, very well equipped, it was really clean and cozy. Nearby there is a supermarket and some restaurants/bars. Also, it's very easy to find free parking. The host is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place while visiting Verona 😊

Very Good

Entering the apartment was very easy. The host was waiting for us in front of the apartment and helped us for carrying our luggage. The apartment has a spare kitchen which is very functional. There is a washing machine as well. They thought about everything that we might need during our stay. The apartment was super clean. The location is not super close to the old town, however, there is a couple of options of the bus that goes directly to the train station and then to the old town. Which makes the apartment more accessible.

You can hear the next apartments' noises during your stay. Of course, this is not the host's fault, but if you have a sensitive sleep it might be a problem.
