Great location, responsive owner and easy check in.

Great quiet location, easy to access the train station, bus or walk into the old town. The apartment was clean and tidy, with basics like soap and tea/coffee supplied. We were met by the owner and shown through, she was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it and stay again if we visited Verona.

Nothing particularly, we only stayed one night and didn’t cook so I can’t comment anything other than sleeping and location-both were good.

Nice family friendly apartment

Nice family friendly apartment not too far from the city. Just a short bus ride from the station and a very short walk from the bus stop. Apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and fitted with needed amenities. We also enjoyed the balcony. Check-in was easy and the host was nice.

Convenient, comfortable and well-equipped

Brightly decorated, far more interesting than the bland neutral apartments often seen. Excellent shower. Kitchen was very well equipped. We used the apartment as a base to go into opera at the Arena over 3 consecutive nights. The bus stop is less than 5 minutes away and the 11, 12 or 13 bus take you straight to Piazza Brava (about 15 mins). Same buses take you to the main railway station (5 mins). The Airline Link bus 199 runs from this railway station to the airport (no more than 20 mins). Public transport ran efficiently and often. The opera finishes around 1am and we did not find night buses. The walk to the apartment was just under 30 minutes and I and my daughter felt safe. So the apartment is really well located. There is a good supermarket 3 minutes away which had everything we needed. The air conditioning was fantastic and so welcome as it was very hot even late at night. It was quiet at night and bed very comfortable. The photos are very accurate.

Hard to think of anything. We did not realise that the door to balcony had electric connectors and that if these were not in contact with each other, the aircon would not work. The owners came out late at night to show us that we had not pushed the door firmly enough. They were very kind about it. A file explaining things about the apartment would be a good addition perhaps? Things like the aircon, where to dispose of rubbish and recycling (we worked it out - big bins on the street), although everything was very easy to use.

It is a flat in a block of house (condominium?) on the 2nd floor. The flat is modern, nice, clean and comfortable. The bed mattress is HQ. Never found such a kind of great place! The owners were very kind and flexibile. Bakery is in the other side on the house.

No negative comment, but for unjustified words maybe the location is a suburbian style, which it is not a problem, just suprised me.

Nice Apartment

- Clean place, - location: is not so far from the city center, around 15 minutes walking - spacious apartment with 2 air conditioners, - you can find all you need inside the place, - even it is in a big building, it was quite,

- parking place : you can find free street parking in the front of the building, or nearby, but they are all narrow, so you have to take that risk (to find your car scratched or damaged). I was a little stressed, because, one week before, I found my car scratched in Florence (although it was parked legally), all over the left side with a key or something similar.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The owners were very welcoming and responsive to any requests we had.

The apartment was spacious with a large balcony. it was secure with easy access and we always got a parking spot on the street.

it was about a 20 minute to the train station. Not sure if bus stops were closer. We caught a taxi from the Arena which was quite cheap.

Ruhig gelegen aber etwas hellhörig

Unkomplizierter Check-In mit Schlüsselbox. Die Gegend ist recht ruhig. Das Zentrum ist dennoch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bequemes Bett.

Leider liefen Kakerlaken in der Küche herum. Ist in Italien angeblich nicht unüblich, ist mir in meinen anderen Unterkünften aber noch nie aufgefallen. Die Haus ist leider schon recht hellhörig, TV von nebenan und Schritte von oben waren im Schlafzimmer deutlich zu hören.

B&B ampio e ben fornito

B&B zona stadio, molto comodo per noi che dovevamo correre la mezza maratona dove era prevista la partenza. Molto ampio. Cucina ben fornita, bagno moderno. Dal centro dista un paio di km. Tanti parcheggi in strada e vicino ad un supermercato, a diversi bar e ristoranti. Lo consiglio 👍

Ottima posizione per chi vuole visitare Verona con i mezzi/a piedi soggiornando in zona silenziosa

Appartemento situato al secondo piano di un palazzo in zona tranquilla e ben servita. L'appartamento, raggiungibile in ascensore, è accogliente, ben fornito di attrezzatura per la cucina, molto pulito, molto caldo e dotato anche di aria condizionata. Presenti due tv e connessione internet con wifi, 5 posti letto (2 in cucina che fungono da divanetti eventualmente), terrazzino. La zona si e' rivelata essere comodissima per il parcheggio dell'auto gratuito in strada, molto silenziosa la notte, e molto servita da autobus e attivita' commerciali, tra cui un grande supermercato a 5 minuti. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole visitare Verona raggiungendo il centro a piedi o con i mezzi. La signora che lo gestisce e' veramente disponible e carina nei modi, attenta per ogni esigenza. Molto consigliato.

Infissi leggermenti datati, ma appartamento comunque caldissimo e super accogliente.
