This elegant apartment, located on the second floor of a new building, is in the heart of San Zeno area, one of the most characteristic neighborhoods of the city. The whole apartment, even if decorated with modern taste, is characterized by a wood beam ceiling and wooden floor, which create a warm and cozy ambience. Dimora San Zeno 8 opens directly on the spacious living room where you can find two comfortable sofa beds, a TV area and a table with six chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. The sleeping area consists of a first bedroom with a matrimonial bed, a big wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed too, night stands and a wardrobe. In the apartment there is a second bathroom, with shower, washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave oven, hairdryer and WI-FI.
Security deposit: € 300.00.

What a great property, an easy walk from the centre of Verona. The apartment was well furnished and equipped, with everything in excellent condition. There were also some nice bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk - much better quality, and cheaper, than the centre. We would definitely book this apartment again and can highly recommend to future visitors to Verona.

This apartment was very convenient to the sights of Verona. We found the space very clean, roomy and comfortable enough to rest up after a day of walking the streets of Verona. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked very well stocked and everything worked. The property close to restaurants, bars and a market. There is great street fair on Sundays that is near the San Zeno Basilica.

The location of this property was perfect! It was about 15 to 20 minutes from train station and 20 min from the Duomo and all central Florence. The terrace had a beautiful overlook! The cleanliness of the apartment was impecable. Everything smelled fresh and looked nice. I love that it had plenty of pots, dishes, refrigerator space l, and a washer. It also includes Netflix which was great to watch at night. The supermarket is about 7 min away which was very convenient. Daniele was very helpful and responded immediately. Overall I definitely recommend this beautiful apartment for families.
