Bright and cozy apartment with balcony and 6 sleeps.
Located on the fourth floor of an elegant building with elevator, Dimora Marconi has been recently renewed with modern taste, which makes a nice contrast with the original retro flooring of the apartment.
The apartment consists of a large living room with 2 sofas (convertible into single beds), large table with 6 chairs. The predominance of light tones and the large French window which leads to the balcony give the living area a singular brightness.
On the other side there is a separate fully equipped and functional kitchen, a table and 2 chairs for a quick breakfast and another balcony.
The double bedroom with wrought iron bed, bedside tables and a 3-door wardrobe. The other bedroom has 2 single beds with bedside tables and wardrobe. There are 2 bathrooms with shower. Laundry and storage room. It is ideal for families and/or couples of friends.
The apartment is also equipped with TV, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer, hairdryer, electric oven, microwave and everything you need to make your stay in Verona pleasant and hospitable.
Security deposit: € 300.00.

Federica’s apartment is so beautiful and very spacious. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the crowded touristy spots which was perfect for us. The neighborhood feels more authentic, with locals out walking their dogs and dining in the cafes and restaurants. The beds are super comfortable and although it was very cold floor at night (30s Fahrenheit) the apartment was warm and cozy. Two tips for future visitors: 1) There is no clothes dryer, so if you visit in winter, you can dry your clothes on the marble slabs above the radiators, which works well. Otherwise you can dry them on the terraces. 2) The larger bathroom has a tub with a shower, however the glass shower door doesn’t keep the water in, so don’t leave clothes or pajamas on the bathroom floor while showering or they’ll get wet. These are very minor quirks that all rentals have. If we ever return to Venice we will definitely request to stay here again, it’s charming, quiet and perfect. Btw we were parents plus two adult children. There is plenty of room for another guest on the couch if needed.

Amazing location, apartment is very roomy, cozy and clean. Very well equipped, it had everything a family needs. Delightful stay!

This property is within walking distance to the train, 10-15 min. There's also a bus stop at end of street which is 2 Euros to station, nice when you have luggage. All the busses swing by the station so you dont have to wait long. The beds were comfy.
