Our hosts, Massi and Ingrid, were excellent at communicating before our arrival. They gave clear and helpful information and were able to accommodate our requests to drop bags off early. Ingrid met us for check in, she was a delight to deal with. The property suited us superbly, located in a quite suburban area, only around a 15 minute walk into the city. The layout of the apartment was a lounge and kitchen area. One double room with an adjacent bathroom. Then another double bedroom, bathroom and single bedroom contained together separately. It meant we could use one room whilst our friends and their daughter could use the other. Both bedrooms had balconies with not unpleasant views. The kitchen had been stocked with some basics such as milk, eggs, ham, bread and breakfast things. With plenty of tea and coffee, a really nice touch. The kitchen had everything you would need to cater for yourselves. The apartment was spotless, the wi-fi worked well, we had everything we needed there. During our stay, Massi kept in contact via WhatsApp. We were given recommendations for places to eat, which we used, and we were not disappointed. We had information for nearby supermarkets, we thought the 'Pam local' was the better of the two but they were both fine. Massi also let us know about a local market that was going on, basically just helping us to get the most out of our stay. They really were very kind and considerate. Verona is a lovely city with plenty to see on its own. We enjoyed the sights and used the 'funicular' to get a great view of the city. We had already got our own itinery planned and we used the regional trains to visit Lake Garda and Venice on separate days. The cost in my opinion was good with trains and services that ran well and were easy to use. Bottom line is I would not hesitate to use this apartment again if I revisited this area. For us it was and easy 10 out of 10 stay. Thank you Massi and Ingrid.

Nothing

Without a doubt, at this price point, this is one of the best places we have ever stayed in Italy. The apartment is modern, immaculate, fully equipped, spacious and within walking distance to the city centre. The host was easy to communicate with, and had fantastic advise regarding local restaurants. A true treasure!

Absolutely nothing!

Great spot to stay in Verona with a group. Massi, the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the fact that of having some food ready in the appartment (eggs, ham, juice…). The appartment is quite big, perfect for 5.

Second shower could have slightly more pressure, but it was totally fine.
