Appartamento intero con 4 camere da letto e due bagni più una bella cucina. Spazi molto grandi. A pochi passi dall'arena. Molto comodo tutto....grazie mille

It was so central and safe. Missing a living area perhaps. But does exactly what it says on the tin.

Difficult to enter when we arrived. The video needs updating. Once we figured that out we were good.

Perfect as it is near the town centre and the main train station. Very clean. Facilities were first class. The place was airy and roomy. We came as 2 couples and it felt like being in a hotel as we had toilet/bathroom each. WiFi was very good.

Very spacious apartment, close to the train station and also close to central Verona.

I found the communication to be quite stressful. A random whatsapp message a few days ago asking me to provide a lot of personal details, my passport scans, taking a picture of me holding the passport. Then a message before checking in that I need to let them know when I checked in, and also leave the tourist tax in cash and take a picture of it before checking out. Then the day before check out there was a text that they’d charge me 30 euros if I don’t clean the kitchen and the plates / glasses I used (non enforceable by the way as this was not in the terms). Other than that, they didn’t generally answer texts unless I asked twice or three times about something. Also check in is at 3 and check out is at 10, that’s ok for a hotel but not really ok for this type of accommodation.
