Al Centro Storico - City Center

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen with dining table. We got free coffee capsules and one small bottle of free water for each of us. 3 rooms had air-conditioning. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the grand castle and about 12 minutes from the Arena. Some bus lines pass on the square in front of the apartment but we walked everywhere in downtown. A pizzeria, a shop and a few restaurants are nearby, The historical centre of Verona is very nice and this apartment is in a small side street just at the edge of the medieval area. There is no parking on-site but it's possible to stop for a few minutes. Parking can be provided for 20 euros a day about 15 minutes walk away, across the river, in the closed but open-air parking place of another apartment house. The space to turn around in the side street of the apartment is very small and we used a minibus so it was a bit tight but we managed it. If you are prepared for all the positive and slightly negative "features" of the apartment, you could have a nice visit of Verona and it's surroundings from this apartment.

We stayed here during a heatwave so it was 37 degrees outside. We tried to cool the rest of the apartment from the 3 rooms with air-conditioning but the kitchen was really warm, despite a ceiling fan. Possibly when it's colder outside, the apartment can be ventillated and the kitchen would be colder. The shower cubicles were rather small but the biggest problem was with one of the beds next to the kitchen where the supporting beams kept falling out and it collapsed under us a few times during our 5 nights stay here. So we had to be very carfeul to sit or sleep on this bed.

Emplacement idéal. Seul bémol, distance du parking un peu loin à pied quand on a du mal à marcher.

Absolutamente todo. El personal fue muy atento y amable, nos dejaron todo perfectamente limpio y ordenado a nuestra llegada al apartamento, además de dejar también el aire acondicionado puesto para que cuando llegásemos estuviese bien fresco. Por dentro, el alojamiento estaba perfectamente equipado, las habitaciones eran muy amplias y las camas muy cómodas. De agradecer también el detalle que tuvieron de dejarnos pantuflas, geles de baño y aguas frescas a nuestra llegada. Lo recomiendo al 100%, es el mejor apartamento en el que nos hemos hospedado en mucho tiempo.

Nada. Todo era perfecto.

Excelente ubicación a.200 metros de.castelvechio y 500 de.la.Arena de Verona. Lleno de cafés ,restaurantes , markets,etc. Sin ruidos por estar en callejón sin salida. Es un apartamento gigante, hasta 8 personas entran, con 2 baños.con.ducha bien calienete y 4 habitaciones grandes. Tiene lavarropas. Buena calefacción

Es un "cama y desayuno" que alquilan entero, no lo avisan antes, ducha muy pequeña, sin tostadora, no dejan usar el.lavaplatos, la hornalla eléctrica no funcionó y no intentaron arreglarla. La entrada al.edificio es oscura y no hay ascensor. La llave no abre si no se tira fuerte de la puerta de calle hacia afuera, no lo avisan.
