Affordable and clean but needs remodeling

The room is clean and got everything you need (except for a safe maybe). There's a station for water and coffee in the hallway. The staff at the reception is very friendly and when we asked for something it was quickly arranged. Location is nice, with 2 supermarkets around and the busstop is just around the corner. The bus will take you to train station and city centre.

The bodysoap was not working in the shower, the casing is broken. For the rest: let's just say that everything is working but it had it's best time. If you sneeze too loud the kitchen falls of the wall (figure of speech). You get what you pay for, it's a cheap option to stay in Verona and it's clean but don't expect things to look nice.

Grat for a few day trip

Great location, near train station and centre. The staff is also amazing and very nice.

Our window, was right near road, so it was very loud and also the apartment is not soundproof so we heard everything and it was a bit annoying in the night

Not close that much to city centre We forgot to take one of our brand new clothes which left in property but once we asked they checked out and said its not there however we been sure we left there

It’s not worth the price paid.

Location

This is not really a tourist accommodation but more like a student residence. There’s no kitchen where you can prepare even a simple meal. The room was very noisy—you can hear everything from the street. The bed was in terrible condition, I couldn’t even sleep properly. Other than that, everything else was okay.

Good for a short and convenient stay

We chose this property as it was close to the station as we were travelling to Venice for a day trip, the location was very convenient with a bus stop directly below the place to the station in 5 mins.. It is on a noisy road but at night with the windows and shutters closed it was quiet, it was not a destination for ambience but good for convenience and nicely furnished and clean

Not happy at being locked out on arrival!

Clean, comfy, and overall a nice room with a good location in Verona.

While the room itself was great, we had arranged with the staff that we would arrive late in the evening after the reception had closed. We were told that this was fine and that we could access our room via an online key / pass. However, upon arrival at around midnight, the building entrance had been locked from the inside and we did not get an answer from the hotel staff. Had it not been for another guest letting us in (after a 20 minute wait outside), we would have been forced to find another hotel late at night at the last minute. This was extremely disappointing and really took the shine off an otherwise pleasant stay.

We were very disappointed with unprofessional behaviour and this truly destroyed our evening and caused us stres.

We chose this accommodation because it offered on-premises parking, which we reserved in advance nearly two weeks prior to check-in, as soon as we booked the accomodation. However, upon arrival, while it was raining, the receptionist denied us access to the parking, despite our prior reservation and despite the fact that two parking spots were visibly available. She provided no explanation for this denial, simply insisting that everything was full—which was clearly not the case. She didn’t even invite us inside, leaving us standing in the rain.

Central place, close to sightseeing tours!

It was very close to the train station and bus station, clean, modern furnitures, we spend only 1 night but we enjoyed it! The owner was very kind, we left some stuff!s there and they helped to get back!

Comfortable for family of 4 - great spot if you are travelling by car and plan stopover in Verona as it has its own park

Private & safe parking without extra charge, excellent bus connection to Arena (night bus stop 98 is right in front of the house, so when you come back from the city centre in the evening it brings you directly to the place). Spacious room, very comfy beds with memory foam, separate dining place and spacious kitchen, clean bathroom, air con in bedroom working fine. Bottles of water on the table were a nice „welcome”. Very nice lady at the check-in.

Pans in the kitchen were a liitle greasy and required extra cleanup.

Too noisy

The lady was nice and friendly , the room was clean too.

You can hear the noises of the people next to your room . And they was doing some construction near to the accommodation till nearly 9 in the evening, so you will not have your calmness in the end .

Communication through messaging app. Quick responses. Make sure you ask for the AC remote. Looks pretty new. Nice quiet area.

Though it looked newly remodeled, there were some broken things. Do not sit on the little stool with the vanity. (Ours was very unstable.)

ok place to stay but please freshen the downstairs room

the lady welcomed us & locked our cycles in secure garage. the room was bright clean, big bathroom & great shower. good wifi very comfortable bed with lovely fresh bedding. we had our cycles so a km plus to railway station, would imagine its quite a walk. supermarket down the road also bars & restaurants

we were on the bottom floor so traffic noise! the smell of cigarette smoke all night in our room, either coming from the A.C or ceiling vents, couldnt open windows because of traffic noise & not secure. it was horrible had no sleep because of the strong smell, pleased to get out into the freshair come morning!
