Spacious and comfortable

Very spacious apartment that was clean and comfortable. Secure parking to.

The notifications that I had to complete registration forms online and pay the city tax were sent to me only a few hours before arrival and it would have been helpful to have got these earlier so I didn't have to deal with them as soon as I arrived after driving all day.

Good

Spacious! The a/c units in the bedrooms are a great addition. The manager was very helpful and made sure all the a/c units were working. He also kindly helped us call a cab.

It was very hard to find! Google maps kept sending us to another nearby location. The manager had to walk out and found us wandering around trying to locate the flat.

The beds were comfortable

Dirty fridge, broken kitchen faucet, front door wouldn't close unless locked so if someone is in and want to nap.. Others can't enter. Window in bathroom upstairs broken and just a paper and tape stuck on top No lights next to beds. One central light that's exceptionally white and bright Showe so slippery.. Be careful! Uffff... List is long...

Good but needs some improvement

3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, parking, wi fi Good location- within walking distance to the centre

The appartement is not well equipped. For exemple, cuisine has only 4 knives, 2 spoons and 1 fork. No pots, no cups for warm drinks. Bathrooms weren't really clean- some hair on the floor. This is not a must, but a nice thing to have: a map of the city with some general information and main sights. We could have used the information where to find the nearest shop, or how to reach the centre of town (on foot, which bus to take etc).

Spacious and clean bedrooms.. but disappointing Kitchen

Bed rooms are spacious and clean. AC worked well which was absolute necessity in august month. Location is very close to a bus stop. Just 3-4 mins walk. And many connections to Porta Nuova station

Kitchen has only few plates and spoons. No other cooking utensils. No option to cook anything. Description said 2 bathrooms. But shower is only in one bathroom. The other one has just the toilet. Weak WiFi.

Anche se non offre la prima colazione come servizio, mi sarei aspettato di trovare una macchina da caffè con qualche capsula o cialda come ho sempre trovato in ogni appartamento c'erano delle rimanenze di caffè in polvere ma non c'era una moka.

Maximum annyi tetszett, hogy gyorsan foglalható volt a szállás, de már értem, hogy miért.

Az ajánlatban ingyenes parkolási lehetőség szerepelt, ami fontos volt nekünk, tekintve, hogy hatan érkeztünk két autóval. Nem volt hely a zárt parkolójukban, így távolabb, az utcán kellett parkolni, a csomagokat onnan kellett behordani, valamint reggel gyorsan elállni onnan, mert a tábla jelzése szerint elszállítás várható időkereten belül. Az alapfelszereltség a mai igényektől alul marad, olyan érzése van az érkezőnek, hogy a kilencvenes években van egy vidéki vikendházban. Fűtés nem volt a lenti fürdőszobában, így nem volt komfortos az esti tisztálkodás.

La struttura non era pulita 7 persone 5 bicchieri presenti La pulizia non è delle migliori. Ho trovato una tazza sporca di cioccolato ed un asciugamano per bidè sporco( immaginate di cosa) I muri erano con crepe e nella parte inferiore con segni di umidità ed intonaco tolto La zona comunque molto tranquilla La ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile

Personale non molto accogliente, non puntuali nel consegnare la casa al check-in nonostante i molteplici avvisi dell' orario d'arrivo e degli impegni dopo . Sulla pulizia qualche dettaglio è scappato, delle macchie di caffè sui comodini in camera

Na krótko ok.

Czysto, duża przestrzeń. Byliśmy tylko jedną noc więc trudno o wyrażenie innej opinii.

Obiekt zarezerwowany dla 6 osób a mieliśmy tylko jedno miejsce parkingowe. Raczej logiczne że przyjedziemy dwoma samochodami. Na dodatek po wyjeździe na miasto już nie było miejsca na parkingu bo zaistniała jakaś pomyłka i ktoś zajął moje miejsce.

La machine à laver le linge était allumée, ouverte avec du linge humide dedans ? Toujours pas de torchons pour la vaisselle, tradition italienne car idem partout où l'on est allé, 4 lieux différents et même constat.

Es pot aparcar dins del recinte de manera segura. Roba de llit i tovalloles netes. Aigua calenta i dutxes còmodes. Pis espaiós de dues plantes. Bona acollida del personal.

Vicino al centro in zona tranquilla

Camere da letto spaziose e letti comodi. Posizione decentrata ma vicina al centro che è ben raggiungibile da diverse linee di bus in circa 10 minuti e la fermata è vicinissima alla abitazione. Molto tranquilla la casa, silenziosa e ben riscaldata. Possibilità di parcheggiare dentro 1 auto, comunque nella via si trova facilmente parcheggio gratuito.

Illuminazione delle stanze: avevamo 3 camere matrimoniali ma in tutto solo 3 abat jour (anzichè 6) tutte con lampadina rossa, difficile leggere alla sera. In cucina c'erano bicchieri per 4 (l'appartamento è per 6 e noi eravamo in 6 più una bimba piccola) tanto che abbiamo dovuto usare le tazze della colazione che peraltro erano solo 3 e quindi a colazione usavamo anche i bicchieri! Idem per i piatti 3 piani e 3 fondi. Solo un coltello per tagliare la carne. 3 cucchiaini da caffè. Ecco implementerei l'oggettistica per rendere più confortevole il soggiorno, quanto meno prevedendo 6 pezzi di ogni cosa. Non avendo mai trovato nessun in reception - salvo all'arrivo - non abbiamo richiesto l'oggettistica mancante anche perchè abbiamo fatto solo 2 cene e ci siamo adattati.
