As soon as I got in touch, the team was very helpful and moved me to a different apartment at no extra cost.
I had some problems, for example, I booked for four people and there was only one set of towels, and there was no water in the apartment. It took several messages and phone calls for the staff to resolve my issue.

The position is the real plus of this apartment. The host replied promptly to our requests and fixed a problem in the bathroom.
The wifi did not work and it was not fixed despite we raised the complaint. Two beds out of 4 were not confortable and need to be repaired.

It’s a stylish apartment quite nicely decorated up one floor in a fairly central part of town
There was a random selection of things like a couple of saucepans but no utensils. The kettle was faulty. You really could prepare even a simple meal there.
