Italianflat - Via Adua two bedroom Old Town

The location was excellent, and safe. Having a laundry machine was great.

There were maintenance issues, like a broken toilet seat, and the AC control in one the rooms needed new batteries. The host responded and fixed them by the second day of stay. We were out of power in the apartment 1 hour before checkout (but there was power in the rest of the building, ex. hallways and elevator). The host did not repsond to that, and we could not finish preparing breakfast. There was no microwave oven. The sheets did not fit the beds properly, and the matresses were stained. The apartment needs better housekeeping, as does the building at the entrance by the elevator and stairway.

"The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. Everything was nearby, including restaurants, cafés, shops, and the main attractions. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay."

"The only minor drawbacks were that the apartment did not have a balcony, and the beds were not as comfortable as we would have preferred. However, these were relatively small issues and did not significantly affect our overall stay."

Les matelas beaucoup trop durs. Le manque de « chaleur » de l’appartement, très impersonnel et brut.
