Really lovely apartment, very close to Piazza del Erbe but in a quiet courtyard off a quiet street. Met on arrival with keys and sent some handy tips about the city. Only a brief visit but enough in the city (and the apartment) to tempt us back for longer.

The property is in a very good location.

The staff lied to us about the property. There was no AC in the house. No WiFi and the refrigerator was broken. After several hours of back and forth, the staff asked us to cancel the booking and offered us a different property outside of booking.com and to pay them directly. That felt like a scam. We were aggravated as they had wasted our time when we could have been exploring Verona. Staff was very unresponsive and would take hours to come back to us. We finally gave up and decided to look for another room We ended up finding a much better option and experience.
