Excellent but for the three above items

Location and host was great. Unit was clean and appealing.

Three things could improve it. 1 it needs a toaster. 2 it Needs new frypans ( teflon is bad and particularly when scratched). 3 it needs a TV in the living room.

The renovation was poor, so unsympathetic , bed was uncomfortable and also were the cushions. The separator between the bed and the living are was very ugly! It has nothing to do with the photos shown at Booking.com !

Lovely place in a quiet area.

The space of the appartement was good and quiet. Location was peaceful near the river and walking distance from the theatre and other highlights.

The bed contained 2 matrasses but they kept on going apart from each other. A big top matras could prevent this. There was an amount of calc in the bathroom and shower head which caused the water beam going everywhere but yourself.

The location is great. Just few minutes from the main square. The flat is spacious. In general we loved our stay.

The floor could use a mop. The bed is made of two single mattresses put together. Uncomfortable.

Gian was lovely, met us at the apartment to explain everything and then sent over some tips on where to go, where to eat and what to do in Verona. The location of the apartment was also amazing, just right in the old town.

- I arrived to find one of the window curtains broken (and the appartment is on the ground floor). - There is a problem with the water heater. Even after intervention from the staff, the problem recurred on the same day. - Although there was all I needed for good coffee and tea, there was no sugar. I had to buy it myself.

Perfekt für ein Wochenende in Verona

Die Lage ist perfekt, total ruhig da in einem Hinterhof gelegen, aber in wenigen Minuten ist Fußläufig die Innenstadt erreichbar. Die Aussicht ist sehr Authentisch in einen keinen begrünten Innenhof. Alles war Sauber, die Klimaanlage hat super Funktioniert. Die Schlüsselübergabe bzw. der Check In wurde über WhatsApp abgesprochen und hat prima und pünktlich geklappt.

Wir haben hier nichts zu bemängeln gehabt.

Situado en una zona muy tranquila, lejos del bullicio de la Piazza dell Erbe y de la Arena, pero cerca de la Catedral. el chico que nos entregó las llaves fué muy amable, Por otro lado, se le hizo un pago previo adicional de 30 euros por llegar después de la franja horaria establecida por el alojamiento

El secador no funcionaba. Las luces del techo del baño no funcionaban. El agua de la ducha igual salia demasiado caliente que helada. El estado de mantenimiento en general del estudio dejaba mucho que sesear; paredes sucias, desconchones, los rodapiés hinchados por la humedad. Por supuesto, la relación calidad-precio ha sido mala: cierto es que los precios en época del festival de opera se inflan,
