Excellent apartment and location in the beautiful city of Verona

The location is excellent and very close to all the sites of Verona. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is only a few seconds from the river which is very beautifull to see. The apartment is large and a relaxing place to come back to after a day of walking around the beautiful city of Verona.

Great little find in the heart of Verona.

Communication was great with the landlord. The whole place was very clean and a stones throw away from the centre. Very quiet area and felt very safe.

Just a small niggle, nothing to put anyone off. More toilet roll please. 5 people in the apartment with two toilet rolls.

Good for 2 or 3 people, for a basic sleepover

The host was polite. The location is superb, in the old town, next to the bus stop to explore the city, 6 minutes walk across the bridge from a food shop, 6 minutes from piazza delle Erbe and Julietta's house. The bathroom, the shower cabin is big and large. There was a sponge and a washing liquid in the kitchen. The swing is a nice touch. Safe area.

First of all, there is no air-conditioning in the main bedroom. There is a standing unit in the entrance room, but there is no proper installation of the extraction pipe so you have to open the window and stick it out keeping the window open. As a result you either don't sleep due to street noise (there is a delivery office next door) or due to the heat. Second, the flat is not dirty but the carpet, the floor, the cutlery were sticky (greasy). The kitchen had cups, a few plates, a coffee machine with 2 capsules and a few knives/forks, very bare and basic utensils. The bed in the entrance room is meant to hold 2 people but it flips on one side so it could hardly hold 2 children. For such a lovely house with such a great potential, it needs improvement.

Passable

Good location. Spacious bathroom.

The apartment looks more spacious in photos than in reality. There is an air conditioner, but it is not stationary, it is mobile and exhausts air through an open window. So you can hear the street noise and feel the gas from passing traffic (the apartment is on the ground floor), and the air conditioner makes a loud humming noise. The cooking equipment is minimal, there are not even teaspoons, the frying pan is scratched and there are only a few plates and dishes. The apartment is only suitable for overnight stays, but even that was not good because: - just before going to bed, we realised that the bars of the bed were broken (the mattress was very sunken when we sat down, and when we picked it up, we saw that one third of the bars were broken); - the sofa and the couch on which the children were supposed to sleep were both missing a leg, so they were swaying and leaning. It is really not comfortable to sleep on a leaning bed. Also, the sofa is very narrow, so the apartment is not suitable for 5 people, but for a maximum of 4 people (only if the bedroom bars will be replaced with new ones, of course). By the way, during a heavy downpour at night, water started to leak in through the window sill of the closed window in the living room. The sound of running water in the room woke up the children - it is a strange experience to see water running through the wall inside a room. :)

great price for a surprisingly spacious apartment in the centre of verona

This was a stop over during a long journey through Europe. This was a lovely apartment, surprisingly spacious considering it’s in the city centre. Easy access and good communication with the host. Late check out given, coffee machine, clean linin and towels, great price, recommend to all

shower head handle broken so had to hold it with one hand to wash which was annoying. the swing chair in the living room is broken - i don’t advise sitting on it!! 😆

Superb

Only stayed one night, location was great, 5 min walk to square and 5 to 7 min walk to the parking garage which was $20 for 24 hours. Room was big and nice swing chair. Water was hot, no issues. Great stay overall thank you! Oh, contact less entry with pin code to get key.

There was really no heat. Was pretty cool inside. But blankets were warm so didn't bother us too much.

Great location in heart of Verona

Greatest location, only minuts away from the city center, located in quiet little street. Just three minutes of walking to piazza dell erbe. Great apartment, big rooms, well equiped. High ceilings, has even a fireplace (don't know if useful :-)) Really helpful host, helped with our questions. Parking possible nearby in a garage house Arsenale (500m away).

Located in ground floor is a little bit dark, no outside space.

Increíble para familias

El alojamiento es increíble para una familia de 5 (incluso si todos son adultos). Su ubicacion es perfecta para recorrer la ciudad a pie y todas las necesidades fueron cubiertas (hasta café en cápsulas para desayunar). El bus desde la Stazione Porta Nova te deja a 2 calles del apartmento. Todo excelente.

Perfecte locatie en sfeervol appartement

De locatie en de ruimte was perfect. Echt midden in het oude centrum met leuke restaurantjes om de hoek. Communicatie met de verhuurder was heel snel en duidelijk en erg prettig . Appartement was heel sfeervol. Fijne bedden en de slaapbank was al opgemaakt voor de kinderen

Er was geen afwasmiddel en een afwasborstel of doekje om de afwas te doen of basis dingen zoals peper en zout of olijfolie

Un poco decepción pero buena ubicación

La ubicación es buena y súper céntrica, se puede ir andando a todos sitios.

El piso es oscuro. Respecto a las habitaciones, nosotras éramos 5 personas y, aunque se indica claramente que solo hay una habitación y era lógico que dormiríamos en el salón, lo quiero remarcar para que otros huéspedes lo tengan en cuenta, porque en las fotos no se ve como queda el salón con una cama y un sofá cama extendido (que fue nuestro caso). Simplemente remarcarlo para tener en cuenta que el salón deja de poder utilizarse para ello y pasa a ser una habitación. La limpieza era correcta, es decir no había nada evidentemente sucio, pero tampoco daba la sensación de limpio como otros pisos. El aire acondicionado era portátil de los que tienen un tubo para sacar el aire caliente lo cual implica que la ventana que da a la calle queda abierta, a tener en cuenta por el ruido (aunque no es excesivo) y más siendo una planta con baja. Respecto a la seguridad no hay problema porque la ventana tiene barrotes, pero a nosotras no nos gustó la sensación. Además, el aire no llega a la habitación principal.
