The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the third floor of an elegant building with elevator, and looks like a clever fusion of modern and antique style. Dimora Matteotti, characterized by a marble floor of the 60s and wooden flooring, opens into a large entrance hall with a modern system of night lights: on the right you find the large kitchen in clear tone, equipped with everything needed for cooking, and a dining table with chairs for a quick breakfast.
On the left, an elegant living room with a balcony where there is a double sofabed, TV and a dining area with a large table that can accommodate up to six people. The sleeping area is composed of a first double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a second bedroom. Separately, there is a second bathroom with shower. The apartment is also equipped with all modern amenities, including air conditioning, free wireless internet, washing machine and dishwasher.
Security deposit: € 300.00.

The apartment was absolutely fine but it is very poorly sound insulated and we were able to hear the slightest sound from the other apartment. We are not particularly sensitive to noise so foolishly ignored this complaint from other guests.
I would strongly advice you to take heed and if you decide to come then bring your own ear plugs.

Good appartment. Everything went well. Everything was okay. Perfect location to visit the centre of the city.
Only thing is to pick up your key somewhere else. It takes time.

Overall we are rating it as a 3 because we were not informed about the elevator that was under construction so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with luggages. Air conditioning was not working properly. Apartment was very hot. Neighbours had screaming kids into the night.
