The room is really spacious, clean, new and has a good atmosphere with a couch, dinner table, closets etc. There are three rooms and in the corridor there is a shared kitchen with free coffee/tea, a fridge and some utensils. It is easy to reach, the location is perfect and the digital guidance by the host was good. Altogether it is a very nice place that offers great comfort after a day in the city.
While the outdoor temperature was around 38 Celsius, the air-conditioning wasn't able to cool below 27 degrees which made it still pretty warm at night. We were only staying for one night, we visited the opera and arrived around 01.00 hrs. We were leaving the next day at 06.30 and didn't have a good sleep due to the warmth. Once this is fixed, I would certainly recommend it.
