Nicht empfehlenswert – enttäuschender Aufenthalt / Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price
Ich war mit dem Apartment leider überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Die Betten waren zum Teil extrem unbequem, was den Schlaf erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist mir das Badezimmer: Es wurde offenbar mit einer sehr stark riechenden Waschlauge gereinigt, deren Geruch auch nach längerer Zeit noch extrem stechend und unangenehm war. Ein weiteres Ärgernis: Ich hatte ein Oberteil auf den Waschtisch gelegt, das sich durch die Rückstände der Reinigungsmittel komplett verfärbt hat – ich musste es entsorgen. Das ist wirklich schade und zeigt, dass hier nicht ausreichend auf die Verträglichkeit der Reinigungsmittel geachtet wird. Ich habe dem Betreuer sogar ein Foto per WhatsApp geschickt, aber leider kam keine zufriedenstellende Reaktion. Auch die Klimaanlagen funktionierten bei über 45 Grad Außentemperatur nicht – trotz mehrfacher Hinweise an das Personal wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Für den Preis ist das Apartment definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich werde nicht noch einmal dort übernachten und kann es auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Zusätzlich war nur ein sehr alter Fernseher vorhanden, mit dem man leider kaum etwas anfangen konnte – weder Bildqualität noch Funktionen entsprachen heutigen Standards.
