Limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado, muy bien para pasar un fin de semana.
Las ventanas no aíslan el ruido del tránsito de motos y coches , evita descansar bien durante la noche , creo que deberían invertir en unas buenas ventanas para aislar el ruido

Byliśmy w 6 osób nastawienie na City Trip + zwiedzanie okolic trochę transportem publicznym a trochę wynajętym samochodem. Dobra lokalizacja dla kogoś kto chce mieć:
- w miarę blisko do centrum historycznego- około 20-25 min pieszo.
- dobry punkt do wyjazdów poza miasto czy to transportem publicznym czy samochodem, Budynek jest przy samym dworcu autobusowym i przy stacji kolei Maria Zambrano (można stąd jechać np. do Caminito Del Ray). Są tam też 3 wypożyczalnie samochodów z których można skorzystać (my skorzystaliśmy z Hertza wynajmując samochód dla 7 osób). Obok jest tez metro.
- pod budynkiem jest parking podziemny- co w tej lokalizacji jest w zasadzie niezbędne jeśli chcesz postawić bezproblemowo i bezpłatnie własny lub wynajęty samochód.
Minusy obiektu:
- W obiekcie jest dość głośno ze względu na ruch uliczny- obiekt przy ulicy na której ruch jest non stop a okna nie za bardzo tłumią hałas ulicy. (ale tego można się spodziewać wynajmując obiekt w centrum)
- rejestracja w obiekcie przed pobytem- jakiś dramat. Jakbym robił odprawę na samolot. Wiem że to wynika z przepisów u nich- mimo wszystko jest to frustrujące: wszystkie dane trzeba podać wszystkich uczestników łączenie z numerami dokumentów. Dobrze że nie trzeba podawać rozmiaru buta. PS. Strona podaje błędny komunikat- skanowanie dowodów /paszportów nie jest wymagane- mimo że tak wynika z formularza. Formularz przejdzie bez tego dalej.
- Dopłata za późniejsze zakwaterowanie. Zapłaciliśmy dodatkowo 30 euro za to, że byliśmy z lotniska o 21: 10, a obiekt wydaje klucze do 21.
Minusy bookingu:
- booking oferuje bezpłatny dowóz do obiektu bezpośrednio prze zamówieniem pobytu. Z tej oferty nie wynika wprost że nie jest to oferta obiektu tylko oferta proponowana przez booking. Po zarezerwowaniu obiektu przychodzi potwierdzenie pobytu.....a tajemnicza oferta nagle przestaje być wspominana. Przychodzi tylko potwierdzenie pobytu Komu starczy cierpliwości żeby dociec gdzie i czyja jest oferta dojazdu bezpłatnego przeszukując czeluścia zakładek bookingu- może się zdziwić i napotkać na komunikat: oferta jest nie aktualna- przestała być aktywna o północy dnia poprzedniego. Po co oferować coś z czego finalnie nie można skorzystać???? Uważam że lepiej nie oferować tej oferty niż wyglądać na naciągaczy bo dokładnie tak to odebrałem..... A sam czat kontaktowy bookinga to dramat na oddzielny temat... Po wysłaniu jednej wiadomości na czacie znika możliwość dopisywania czegokolwiek.... Nazwanie tego czatem to poważne nadużycie.

Entrance and exit is a very complex process and needs getting used to. If you have car you need to have the fob to the gate and the key to the lift as you can't get to the apartment by simply pressing the floor on the lift.
Exit it is through another building in the same complex.
Checkin was stressful because the lady kept contacting us to know when we would arrive and after we checked in we realised why. Without the keys you're stuck outside of the gate with your car and have no access to the building. The number of keys and doors you have to go through to get in and out was tiresome.
Sound insulation was horrendous. You can hear people coughing on the street below and if you remember that malaga doesn't sleep, your day ends after twelve, and the apartment is next to the main station having a decent sleep is impossible due to the noises outside.
