The place Was pleasant clean and comfortable Location was great walking distance from points of interest

I was expecting an oven in the kitchen There is no way to control the AC temperature which was a bit too hot for our expectation

Excellent location, close to all major sites and train. House is impeccably clean and fully equipped. Stunning interior. Wow factor for sure. Climate control across the apartment was very welcome. Beautifully decorated and modern. Beds were so comfortable. Every room with its own ensuite. 8 of us were very comfortable in this apartment which was equipped for 10. Attention to detail with slippers and umbrellas provided along with snacks/coffee pods on arrival. Drinking water tap in kitchen also. Only 1 stairs up or a lift so very accessible. Restaurant literally across the street and other bars and fabulous restaurants within a minute's walk. Piazza della Independenza a few yards from the apartment for a lovely shaded stroll or relaxation on park benches. Cleaning staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful allowing us to leave our bags in the apartment while they cleaned. Svetlana, the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Online check-in was seamless. Will 100 percent be back to this apartment. Best we have stayed in in Florence.

Nothing to dislike!

Very clean and modern. Walkable location. Bathrooms with every bedroom was awesome.

A little bit on the periphery for the price. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was great, but water pressure/heat cut out if more than one shower was running. Oddly there is a light pad in the hallway which is very easy to hit by accident that turns on every light and opens all the blinds in every room in the apartment. Air conditioning was okay but not the best.

Good size for our group of 7, well-appointed, extra conveniences, ensuite bathrooms.

A/C did not cool the unit as much as expected.
