Each room has an attached bathroom, very clean, kitchen facilities make cooking and washing easy. Washer and dryer available allowing us to do our laundry which is fantastic.

Great location, walkable to the Duomo. Great for those who want convenience vs old world charm

Location was perfect. Accommodations were great for family of five with 3 adult children. Professional communication from booking, check in, to check out. Washer and dryer were a plus! Loved the murals on the walls!

Bathroom showers were a bit strange with painted walls.

We had two families staying and she was accomodating!

The host was professional and punctual. She was quick to respond and she made the trip easier. She was courteous and her house is well maintained. She also allowed us to check in early which was super helpful for 2 families staying in the apartment with 5 kids.

The water pressure could’ve been better, but not the fault of the host.

The host was incredibly accommodating—allowing us to check in early and kindly storing our luggage while the apartment was being immaculately cleaned. That thoughtful gesture made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The apartment is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with high-quality bathroom toiletries and luxurious linens that added a touch of elegance to our stay. With four spacious bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom, it was ideal for our large family group—everyone had their own space and privacy. We especially appreciated the modern keyless entry system—each adult had their own code, which meant we could come and go freely without worrying about keys. The location is fantastic too—just a short walk from the city centre, yet peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Florence. We’ll definitely be back!

Super close to everything. Also, the property manager was super attentive and let us keep our bags at the place after the checkout time, which was wonderful!

It’s modern and clean. Each room had an en-suite bath which was amazing.

It’s a bit of a walk from the center of town but close enough to some attractions like the Accademia and the Mercato Centrale.

Exceptional

Everything is new and clean and just perfect. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and in a prime location for all the sites we wanted to visit. We parked our car in a garage approximately 400m away and walked everywhere. Svetlana was always a message away when needed.

This apartment is outstanding. It has four beautiful bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, a stylish and spacious living area, a well equipped kitchen and air conditioning. The apartment is within walking distance to every tourist attraction in the old town.

La comodidad del apartamento. La cercanía al centro histórico y a su vez a la estación de tren. La decoración y el diseño es excepcional. Los 4 dormitorios bastantes grandes. Todo excepcional. Es una maravilla de apartamento por todo. Recomendable. A menos de 5 minutos tienes supermercados y panaderías. La comunicación con el personal es bastante bueno. Se preocupó por todo a la llegada. Nada de ruido del exterior.

Très beau séjour

Emplacement parfait pour visiter le centre ville de Florence à pieds. Pas loin de la gare. Très bon restaurant juste en face. Bel appartement et très bon accueil et possibilité de laisser les bagages avant l’heure du Check-In. Très propre.
