Location, apartment size, kitchen utilities
The experience on the upper floor is very different than the one on the lower floor as the bathroom and the furniture are a bit neglected

Great location, we walked everywhere.
The entryway smells terrible, like a sewer. My wife almost got sick every time we walked into the stairwell. The smell did NOT enter the apartment. Once inside we were fine.

The position was optimal and the property is big and can accommodate up to 8-10 people.
Unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, tv antenna not working. Inconvenient hiccup during the checkin (incorrect instructions).
