La tranquillitá del luogo e gli spazi all'aperto, semplici ma confortevoli e il paesaggio. In casa c'é tutto quel che occorre. Gentilezza dei proprietari.

Punti a favore: 1) struttura immersa nel verde delle colline umbre, comoda per raggiungere Perugia e Assisi; 2) conduzione familiare cordiale e disponibile.
Note dolenti: 1) mancano i servizi essenziali (per trovarli bisogna spostarsi di qualche chilometro a Valfabbrica); 2) la struttura, specialmente il bagno e la cucina, ha bisogno di più manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.
