Lovely stay

The overall comfort: clean, comfy bed, air con for really hot days but also well shaded by trees and there’s a pool!The location is, in my opinion, great if you want to go to the Saint Francis Abbey.

Just remember to bring a swimming cup, otherwise you cannot access the pool and it costs €5.00 if bough on sight.

+ the camping is very close to Assisi which is really beautiful city + The personnel running camping is very kind and helpful. + food good and staff in restaurant friendly + the superior bungalows have air-conditioning but attention because it is only half of it, the other part of bungalow could be occupied by another family so could be probably noisy if you are not lucky + pine trees provide for nice shade basically in all parts of camping

- attention, because swimming pool is not part of camping. First afternoon, it was completely overcrowded by local teenagers. The swimming pool is big but only 1 m deep, water was dirty and extremly warm so no pleasure to swim in. The biggest deception: mandarory to wear hat so we had to buy some horrible textile hats for 5 eur each, what a waste of money. The sunbed around swimming pool are not part of camping pool access package, you can use those in camping, which are pretty good but as children under 12 years cannot access swimming pool area alone, parents have to stay next pool with them. So either you stand on the direct sun while your children play in swimming pool or you have to rent some sunbed and sunbrella. - the camping is not animated, and the playground is outdated and not maintained, so not much things to do, plus there were not many children around mid July to play with - on Saturday night, there was some local band playing next pool until 1h30 am. As we read in some reviews that people come to make parties, it might be possible that it is a weekly custom. So if you do not want to be disturb, avoid stay over weekend

The location is amazing. The stay was exceptional with all the facilities, staffs were super friendly and cooperative. Shuttle bus service and taxi services available. It’s a wonderful place to stay for a vacation.

Nice overall structure. With plenty of parking. Nice open-air bar/restaurant. Rooms were clean.

Rooms were small (in particular the triple - you can hardly open the door as it bumps against the twin bed) and generally a bit outdated.

One night but we will return

Nice place and staff. Very well located closed to Assissi. There is a small coffee shop inside the grounds, which is also very good. We stay there for just one night in September, but we will return for sure.

Bungalow carino e accogliente, dotato di confort quali condizionatore e cucinino. Dotato di molte finestre e letto comodo.

Il bungalow vicino è comunicante tramite una porta e da quella passano tutti i rumori degli altri ospiti. La stanza, appena aperta, odorava di chiuso e un po' di umidità.

Ottimo soggiorno, comodo e accogliente

Mi sono trovata molto bene in questa struttura. La camera, seppur piccola, era calda, pulita e davvero accogliente. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ho apprezzato tantissimo i servizi inclusi: il parcheggio gratuito è una gran comodità e la navetta dell'hotel, che porta in centro ad Assisi quattro volte al giorno, è un valore aggiunto utilissimo per girare senza stress. Consigliato!

Buona la colazione e la posizione trovasi a 5' da Assisi.

Il servizio ristorante. I tempi di attesa dall'ordine sono stati troppo lunghi e la pasta del primo piatto era anche scotta. Il locale ristorante non era ben riscaldato.

La praticità, stanza ben riscaldata

Durante la seconda notte per tutto il periodo un fastidioso rumore tipo un gruppo elettrogeno incessante per il quale non ho riposato per niente, la prima forse età coperto dai festeggiamenti e fino ad una certa ora

Comodo il fatto di avere un mini villaggio a portata di mano, con bar, ristorante, reception, piscina etc

Purtroppo in inverno rende meno, noi abbiamo trovato pioggia tutto il tempo quindi anche l'area esterna l'abbiamo utilizzata poco peccato

Ottimo! Consigliato

Soggiornato nel Bungalow, accettano cani anche di grande taglia. Posizione ottima. Posto tranquillo. Staff super gentile dalla reception al bar. Il ragazzo alla reception ha risolto subito il nostro problema col riscaldamento e si è anche sincerato che nei giorni successivi andasse tutto bene.

Rete wifi un po' lenta. Letto matrimoniale con 2 materassi singoli (piccolissima pecca che non ha influito sul soggiorno)

Buono per passare qualche giorno di relax

Il ristorante è veramente delizioso, impossibile cenarci solamente 1 volta!!

Per prima cosa la piscina apriva e chiudeva quando stava comodo agli addetti. L'orario di apertura della piscina era dalla mattina fino alle 19. Loro invece aprivano verso le 15 e chiudevano alle 18. Mi ero organizzata tutta la giornata per aver tempo di visitare Assisi e tornare al camping verso le 18 per passare un'oretta in piscina. Invece ci hanno cacciato dicendo che la piscina avrebbe chiuso in pochi minuti (18:00). Inoltre sono rimasta delusa dal Minimarket, gli scaffali erano vuoti e i pochi prodotti che c'erano avevano un prezzo esorbitante; se non si ha modo si spostarsi per andare in un supermercato non consiglio il soggiorno qui. Ultima cosa, se avete un sonno leggero non consiglio di soggiornare nelle camere d'hotel. Purtroppo la mia camera dava sulla strada e la notte le auto passavano a tutta velocità facendo molto rumore. Inoltre il ristorante/bar era sempre molto affollato e fino alle 2/3 di notte le persone sotto mi infastudivano, tra cui anche il personale del camping che rimaneva a parlare ai tavoli fino a tarda notte.

Check in veloce e accoglienza ottima, receptionist cordiale e gentile. Mi è stato regalato ingresso in piscina con lettino e ombrellone, il personale simpatico, bella musica e atmosfera di relax, aperitivo buono. Il camping è in una posizione verde e strategica x visitare Assisi. Camera pulita e con tutto il necessario. Ho preso una pizza al ristorante , ottima, staff premuroso.

Arturo y Lavinia fueron excelentes anfitriones. Me hicieron un upgrade por un pequeño inconveniente y me aloje en un bungalow divino. Recomiendo este lugar porque es bonito y más que nada por la gentileza de su gente.
