A beautiful family home located in a child-friendly hamlet where it’s wonderful to settle in… everything here invites you to relax, unwind, and let go… Whether you’re an active hiker or a homebody, you’ll find what you’re looking for in this little hamlet. The house enjoys excellent exposure, secluded from the neighbors’ view, surrounded by fields where cows will come to visit you in the summer.
2 bedrooms on the first floor, shower room, separate toilet; 2 bedrooms upstairs, mezzanine, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet

Fully equipped kitchen.
Everything is fully accessible, including an elevator for people with limited mobility, as well as a walk-in shower and a shower chair.
The charm of the Chartreuse will sweep you off your feet. Just a stone’s throw from the famous monastery, you can go hiking and discover wonderful trails. A 10-minute drive away, you’ll find Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse and Saint-Pierre-d’Entrepôt. Don’t forget to sample the delicious cheeses!
Grenoble and Chambéry are a 45-minute drive away.
