This was AWFUL! It was a dirty place ! - with blood on mattress -dirty floor -bed sheets in a bag, that you need to bring back in a bag -a place that you need to clean before leaving, even though you came to a dirty place - a place that charges your card 300 euros without asking -a place that doesn’t pick up a phone a simply awful place ! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Cheap and cheerful

The apartment was clean and spacious. There was plenty of cupboard space for all our stuff. The bus stop was close by and so was the supermarket and the bakery. Unfortunately, when we were there we didn't use the closest ski lift as that side of the mountain had very little snow. The ski lockers were very convenient and they had boot warmers as well. The apartment had two toilets which was useful. Although we opted to eat out every day, the kitchen looked like you could cook whatever you liked.

There wasn't a shower, just a bath. Not a fan of baths. Picking up the keys and the towels and sheets was a pain, especially having to drop them off as the reception was in the centre of town. Luckily we had a car, if not that would have really been a complete ball ache. The outer door to get into the lockers from outside didn't lock.

Was warm, nice balcony, had a bathtub,location is ok if you ski at Valle blance, if you want to go to the other side u must walk or take the shuttle. The beds were nice and we had a vieuw from the bed looking onto the terass/mountain. Has a P and a lift too. Nice overaal .

That is says ski in ski out. This is not true. You must walk /climb etc..deff not ski in and not ski out. They only had one old pan that was burned out. In the enventory said 2, there was 1 and really done too .

It was impossible to use the oven without having a black out. Its something that didn't happen just then, at least I should have been informed. When I found out it was too late to get dinner elsewhere!!!

Good standard apartment, great access to slopes (100m), handy shop across road

Only about 100m walk to lift, you could ski back (last bits a side slip) but easier to walk the 100m. Casino store opposite very good, much better than the Spar in town. Plenty of parking space. Big ski lockers with 8 (I think) sets boot dryers, in the locker. Bunks, 2 sets in the 2nd room in our apartment were a generous size. Bed linen towles etc provided were good.

Reception only open on Sat and Sun for limited hours and no where to leave bags if you arrive early or late and not travelling by car. But no problem parking before check-in and after check-out. 2 Bed apartment good apartment for 4 adults, or maybe 2 adults and a bunch of kids. Not much sofa / sitting space esp if apartment full.

These are fantastic apartments in a great location. This was the third time we have stayed here.

Traffic conditions meant that we were going to be late arriving at the residence. We were phoned by the receptionist who told us she would be there for an extra 2 hours and given details of how to collect them if we missed the extended opening times.

Logement spacieux et bien équipé

L'emplacement est parfait, on peut tout faire à pieds : resto, courses, rando... Le parking privé est bienvenu (surtout que le stationnement devient payant), le logement est très propre, bien équipé et assez grand. Grande terrasse également très appréciable pour "chiller " regarder le coucher de soleil et les étoiles.

Les chaussures des voisins devant leur porte ainsi que leur sac poubelle.

Le chalet était super. Très agréable pour un groupe et un emplacement très pratique pour le départ au ski. Facilité pour se garer. Disponibilité du staff.

Il nous manquait des serviettes à notre arrivée que nous avons dû récupérer en retournant en centre ville. On aurait apprécié de pouvoir les récupérer au chalet directement. Mais rien de grave :).

Option confort à revoir..

L'hôtel est à proximité du centre ville. On peut accéder à toutes les infrastructures à pieds. Également à deux pas d'une remonté mécanique.

L'hôtel propose deux options concernant le rangement au départ, option simple et l'option confort. Nous avons pris la 2e option, soit la confort. Nous avons été très surprises d'apprendre que nous devions récupérer les draps et le linge du lit à la réception. Arrivé fatiguées de la route, nous devions encore faire nos lits, car rien n'était prêt. On nous a donné une petite boite pour le nettoyage qui ne contenait qu'une capsule pour la machine et très peu de liquide vaisselle. Lors de notre arrivée, la vaisselle était mal lavé et il y avait des toiles d'araignée partout.. Pour le départ, de nouveau la même chose. Nous devions enlever les draps et les linges de maison pour les retourner à la réception, laquelle ne se trouve pas à proximité de l'hôtel...Nous devions également nous occuper des poubelles.. aucune indication n'a été donné concernant cet aspect (où les jeter).. très désagréable de payer pour un supplément ménage et au final devoir faire tout le job..
