The facilities like swimming pool, sauna and closeness to cable cars.
Vacume Cleaner wasn’t powerful enough, hence had to use sweeping tools.

Lovely welcome from the evening staff on Saturday 31st. Very attractive reception area.
The apartment was warm and cosy with good kitchen facilities. Nice to have a large smart tv which we used for Netflix!
Toilet rolls or lack of!! (One roll provided 😂)
The apartment was very hot at night even with the radiators turned off.

Location as short walk to ski hire and ski gondola and outside recycling bins. Around 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants and .

Bit lacking on supplied items - only one toilet roll for an apartment of 6 and no washing up liquid.
Drains in en-suite smelled

Good location. New building.
Indoor pool was cold so as the looker rooms. We weren’t allowed to be with the baby in the kids playroom (we wanted to use the space for him to play and not be confined to the room, we were not asking for someone to take care of him, but it was only available to older kids ) . We booked this hotel specifically for the amenities and in the end we could not enjoy them. We also had to wait more than one hour for the room to be available (post-check in time), and almost 3 days to get the deposit back … the customer service through booking was not great (too much spam and in the end most of the links to do the self check in did not work …)
