The facilities like swimming pool, sauna and closeness to cable cars.

Vacume Cleaner wasn’t powerful enough, hence had to use sweeping tools.

The property was well located in the Ec;lose area and had plenty of parking. The balconies in the apartment were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had a lot of glasses and cutlery (but no oven). The mini club was fun for our little boy and the staff there were very nice. The lady at breakfast was very friendly and the bar area is pleasant. Intersport being on site is very handy, and the restaurant attached is fine.

The apartment was absolutely not clean. There are signs in the elevators and apartment advising you have to clean it yourself on departure and obviously the last people had not bothered. Dirt everywhere, and we had to rewash all of the dishes. The curtain was stained and the shower was off the rails. The Nespresso machine broke (and was immediately replaced by the very nice maintenance team) and the vacuum cleaner was broken in 2 places and rebroke after being repaired. There are very little cleaning products provided so be prepared to bring your own. I would really rather have paid more for a proper cleaning service at the end. We actually chose the apartment instead of the hotel (despite both being same price) which was a huge mistake - we stayed one night in the hotel apartments and it was much better equipped, more modern and much better maintained. My advice would be to only stay on the hotel side. The apartments do not come with robes so if you want to swim you have to be prepared for a walk in your towel or to change in the minimal space provided; the hotel apartment had robes. The parking is spacious but once you are down there it is not well sign posted on how to find your building - some signs would be helpful. The access code system for B was also not working and was not repaired despite telling the hotel.
