Perfect Alpine hide away in a stunning house!

Gorgeous area and a property full of character and cozy corners to spend time in. We loved it there and the hosts Rosa and Dom were fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Small repairs still needed here and there, but nothing that is off-putting or which would make us not return.

Lovely place in idyllic location We had a really nice stay here. Good location to start all the climbs. Welcoming host. Even managed to hike into the Ecrins national park visiting the fabulous Lac Lauvitel.

Stunning lodge and location!

We had a really lovely stay in this hidden paradise in nature. Friendly welcoming host. Epic hikes into the national park. We swam in stunning waterfalls and lakes. We cannot wait to come back next Summer!

Exceptional

The owner, Dominic, was incredibly hospitable and knowledgeable about the area. He had great recommendations for restaurants and even made reservations for us. His other tip, to visit Lac de Levital was amazing: the two-hour long hike was well worth it. The lodge is in a beautiful location, next to a waterfall. You can hear the crickets at night. The lodge feels very relaxed: you share a large kitchen, living room and balcony with other guests, and you have your own private room. This place is perfect for active people!

Wonderful environment, quiet yet easily reachable.

We were a little mislead by the website, thinking this was more of a B&B/hotel. There is no option to dine here, you have to cook your own food or go to another place, yet the website states Dominic is a great chef. Rooms were very warm in summer. Small room for 4. Expensive for its quality. We were not happy.

This was the best place we stayed during our 2 week holiday! A very scenic location in the middle of the mountains and a waterfall running in the back... Dominic is a wonderful host and he thought of all the small details in the house to make your stay as convenient as possible. Would recommend this too all travellers!

It’s clean, it’s spacious, close to the river, very quiet. Kitchen is bright clean and we had our dedicated space on the fridge. Corona safety well managed with mask and gel. Breakfast was quite good with ham/ cheese/croissants...

Wonderful location; beautiful building with superb interior design. Big room with excellent beds. Locked bike storage in a shed equipped with all the tools you would need. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Nothing about the property. Some signage on the main road and the on the track down to the house where there is a sliproad would be helpful.

Un peu déçue par le logement compte tenu du tarif.

J'ai beaucoup aimé la situation géographique du logement et la tranquillité (pas de voisinage direct).

Je m'attendais à des produits de meilleure qualité pour le thé, les céréales et le café. Le logement est bruyant du coté terrasse du fait du débit du torrent. L'éclairage du salon manque d'intimité et le rend peu confortable. J'ai été surprise de voir passer des randonneurs et cyclistes dans ce que je pensais être le jardin du logement (cf : photos).

La ubicación el entono y la cercanía a todo aún estando aislado de la nada. Le propietario puso solución a un leve inconveniente que surgió y en menos de 30 minutos estaba todo solucionado, y con gestos extraordinarios.. chapo por la gestión. 😇👌🏻🤙🏻💪🏻

La verdad no hay nada que decir respecto a esto ya que nos gustó todo y es un lugar idílico y súper cool para estar unos días de relax y repirar los Alpes !!! ☺️

Notre expérience de trois nuits en famille avec notre chien.

Le calme et le torrent vraiment tranquille juste à 5mn à pieds, juste nous et la rivière, le top.

Le fait d'être dans un endroit partagé avec d'autres vacanciers même si cela se passe bien on a peur de faire trop de bruit ou de ''déranger'' en ayant un rythme décalé au leur. Nous n'avions pas vu sur l'annonce que c'était un endroit partagé car il est marqué maison entière en toute intimité... Mis à part ce point tout était parfait.
