Lovely chalet, lovely people

Excellent, friendly staff and facilities. Ski lockers near the lift are a game changer. Very happy the hotel introduced us to those.

We struggled to find the lockers initially, the booking system for the sauna access was a bit lacking and the hammam bit was usually off/broken.

Cleanliness of the accommodation. Balcony for breafast in the morning.

We arrived late in the evening as our flight was late departing Dublin. When we arrived at the accommodation there was no food tea or coffee in the Chalet upon our arrival. With Vaujany being such a small location where nothing ever appear to be open in the Summer months, i though the chalet owners/managers would have left at least teas coffee and perhaps some fruit and snacks on our arrival. Was very disappointed that there was not any of this supplied. Oh yeah, Hotel le V Vaujany also spring a suprise 1000 euro security deposit upon chalet check in, so beware of that. Oh I'd try and avoid Hotel le V Vaujany at all costs unless you like paying 9 euro for a beer.

Great to get away. Liked Vaujany and as good access to the area as d'Huez

Warm, comfortable and well positioned, with the escalators through the centre of the town making all areas accessible.

Could do with a ski locker at apartment - although hire of one closer to lift was suggested and possibly should have been taken up!

Stunning in every way ❤️

Heaven on earth. This place is incredible. The chalet has everything you can possibly need to feel comfortable - fully equipped, kitchenware is quite impressive, great beds, cozy fireplace. The location is stunning, the views of the mountain are breath taking and the balconies are quite spacious. We were a family of 4 with small children and there's nothing missing really. The staff is so kind and service minded, Natalia even got us a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations. Vaujany is a wonderful small ski village, true beauty of the mountains and a privilege to visit.

WiFi never worked. Probably a temporary problem.

Self-catered ski trip

The apartment (Ecureuil) was fantastic. Very comfy, warm, cosy and well appointed. The fire was lovely when lit. It's all very pretty. The washing machine was useful. We arrived on Sunday and visited a supermarche at Grenoble on the way, but as it was Sunday, we couldn't buy wine. We were overjoyed to arrive and find a lovely welcome gift of wine, cheese, sausage, pate etc. Our host (lovely Canadian lady) showed us around - we were in an apartment but you can use the spa and games in the hotel part. She organised our ski lockers (an excellent service) and passes. Also gave us a lift on the first morning skiing to show us where everything is. We used the steam room in the spa which was lovely after a days skiing. We were a little nervous about Vaujany but we found it ideal. For a little place it has all you need and the services are great - recommend Stief bar for food and drinks (try the cherry Chouffe) and Skiset for equipment. We also watched the Ice Hockey in the town. The ski area of Vaujany was great with a whole range of routes. And you could easily get to Alpe D'huez and Oz. I would highly recommend the apartment and we will be booking again next year.

We hadden een zalige week in een prachtige woning en een tof dorp Vaujany.

De woning was ruim, comfortabel en zeer smaakvol ingericht. Het uitzicht was prachtig en er was een ruim buitenterras. Op 10 minuten van de skilift.

Mooie chalet, heel gezellig ingericht. Prachtig uitzicht. Prachtige locatie. Mooi gezellig dorpje, ideale uitvalsbasis voor mooie wandelingen.

Eindschoonmaak is niet inbegrepen in de prijs, als je deze wil moet je hiervoor apart betalen. In mijn bevestiging was dit €85 maar bij check-out vroegen ze €95. Ze hebben de prijs wel aangepast nadat ik mijn bevestiging heb laten zien. Het kookgerief kon beter, de braadpannen waren vreselijk 😃

Geweldige ligging en mooi huis. Lekkere bedden, alles voldoende aanwezig. Ook erg fijn dat er genoeg warm water was om allemaal na elkaar te douchen.

Eigenlijk was alles goed, alleen de slaapbank (in woonkamer) ombouwen tot bed voor onze kleuter was niet te doen. Je kunt niet een kleuter op tijd naar bed brengen in de ruimte waar de rest van het gezin de avond doorbrengt. Dus hij sliep noodgedwongen tussen ons in, wat niet echt comfortabel is.

* Bij aankomst niets aanwezig van drank (water of mogelijkheid tot koffie, geen pads aanwezig). Winkels waren reeds gesloten dus dat was tegenvaller… * Continentaal ontbijt aan 18€/man was helaas ook tegenvaller met kleine koffiekoekjes terwijl je dan royaal ontbijt verwacht dus eerder pover 🤷🏻
