Overall good experience

We’ve been here before and we love the surroundings. The camping is great but there are a few things they need to improve. Overall a good experience.

Heated pool was not that heated….you could actually feel cold water being pumped … Also 2 windows from our cabin wouldn’t open . I have reported it straight away but they did not fix it by the end of our stay. We had exactly the same issue last year and the same response from the staff: “parts are not available but we have ordered it” .Looks like it takes years for the parts to arrive?!

Very pleasant stay

The mobile home was comfortable even though quite compact, with nice terrasse. There is all necessary equipment inside. Freshly baked bread every morning was very good. The staff was very friendly.

The animation for children is only in Dutch, would be nice to have some in English. Both pools were quite cold. One evening teenagers playing foot close to our home launched a ball to our home 2 times and it was disturbing.

Fantastic Ski lodges, Great location, Amazing staff!!

lodge was really clean and very modern, beds were really comfy and plenty of space for eating and relaxing. The staff at the property were amazing and really accommodating, the food was outstanding and the level of service was fantastic. we loved it here and would definitely return in the future.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like, only thing really that we felt was missing was a bath tub in the lodge, they’re only showers available which was fine for the adults but the kids prefer a bath. but that was the only thing really.

Stuff are super friendly and helpful. The pool is super cool as the water is warm. clean and super quiet at night.

Superb

The surrounding was beautiful. The swimming pools were very nice, one cool and the other warm , very relaxing. Due to the trees on the parc there is enough shade when hot and the cabins don't get too hot . The porches are cosy and it is nice that hot water is freely avalaible in the cabins. There are no hidden extra costs except for linen, towels and the dog. The receptionists are helpful in giving information about walks / the surrounding and friendly. The little store on the camping has fresh bread . Problems in the cabin were very quickly and friendly addressed.

The mobile camps were surrounded by beautiful green mountains, felt very close to nature Facilities inside the camp were good - clean sheets and blanket. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils to cook

Nice, clean and green place to stay.

Location is very good. 10 min of driving a car and you can reach supermarket, but camping has also a shop, where is possible to buy fresh bread. That was wonderful.. I loved that in one of the swimming pools was a little bit warmer water. What a great idea !!! The board games in campings houses were a nice surprise for me

My kids wish to have slide to the swimming pool. The play ground could be a little more attractive. And a place to play for kids during a rain would by good idea.

le petit dejeuner ne comprennait pas d'ingredients tels que ( chocolat chaud / lait / jus d'orange/ oeuf..). Tout ceci était en supplément.

Perfecto para una escapada

El personal muy amable y educado. Se preocupan en todo momento que tu estancia sea perfecta. Las instalaciones muy cuidadas y limpias. Ofrecen todos los servicios necesarios. Un lugar tranquilo, ordenado, limpio y perfecto para desconectar.

Había poca variedad en el desayuno, se podría añadir fruta y/o kellok’s. El colchón de la cama, para nuestro gusto, era extremadamente blando e incomodo. El wifi, se podría mejorar, hoy en día el acceso a internet debería ser gratuito al 100%, ya que es un servicio básico.

Petit oublie de vider la poubelle de salle de bain ( lié à l’intimité féminine) mais j’en tiens pas rigueur Buffet du petit déjeuner trop léger en terme de choix : pas de fruits, pas de lait végétale , pas de muesli …

Super séjour, avec vue incroyable.

Nous redoutions ce séjour, mais à notre grande surprise tout était parfait. Le personnel a était très Acceuillant et même très gentil. À notre écoute. Le matelas et les coussins sont très confortable La cuisine est très bien équipé Séjour très agréable. J’appréhendais un peu au départ à cause du ménage demandé au moment du départ, pensant qu’il fallait faire un ménage très approfondi ou payer un supplément. Finalement, après avoir demandé au personnel, il s’agissait simplement de choses tout à fait normales : enlever les draps, jeter les poubelles et laisser le mobil-home propre. Exactement ce que nous comptions faire. Tout s’est très bien passé, personnel agréable et séjour sans stress. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

La facilité des démarches administratives, la disponibilité et la cordialité du personnel, l’amplitude horaire des services (épicerie ouverte de 7h30 à 23h00, la piscine jusqu’à 20h00), la propreté tout le temps et partout, le mobile home impeccable, le calme et le respect des autres résidents-vacanciers, la situation dans la plaine verdoyante et les possibilités de promenades faciles avec enfant, etc.

Personnel très accueillant, sanitaires propres et bien entretenus

Le personnel ne parle pas français ce qui peut être très gênant si vous ne parlez pas anglais. C’est un camping hollandais donc impossible de brancher nos multiprises et les allées sont très étroites à sens unique ce qui fait que si quelqu’un bloque le passage vous êtes bloqués sans pouvoir sortir

Lekker zonnig weekje in een safari tent.

Ruime safari tent op een goede plek. Ondanks dat dit niet ons soort camping is toch een fijne tijd gehad. Prima uitvalsbasis om de Alp D' Huez, de Glandon en de Crois de Fer fietsend te beklimmen.

We vonden nog een paar sokken en een vuil t shirt onder het bed...van de vorige bewoners.

Bellissimo momento di relax in famiglia tra verde e montagne

La quiete, la cura delle parti verdi, la piscina, la mobile home molto ben attrezzata, una bella veranda con lettini prendi sole

Spazio pic nic un pochino deludente in quanto consiste in soli tavoli sotto il sole ad ora di pranzo, a parte uno l realmente sull’erba e sotto un albero chiaramente sempre occupato. Lettino da campeggio a pagamento quando sul sito di prenotazione è menzionato gratis, sono sempre situazione spiacevoli e imbarazzanti
