I will not return.

Reception responded to changed arrival times as a result of the road being closed due to heavy snow. The apartment was presented in a clean and tidy condition. The nearby shop is well stocked.

Snow/ice clearance on the walkways between the blocks was non existent during the stay resulting in very slippery conditions. The quality of the bed linen is best described as very mediocre. The storage space in the apartment is extremely limited. The ski track back to the apartment block was not groomed for several days resulting in extremely challenging moguls in icy conditions and the path that connects to the slopes was not treated for ice resulting in very slippery conditions.

The Spa was excellent, a great addition to the stay and for the price the stay was cheaper or the same as a lot of others without the spa. We stayed in an 8 person 3 bedroom apartment which was easily big enough for the two families. Will definitely stay here again. Ski out was easy but ski in is a narrow red run, not for the beginner skier. Great stay overall. Rent your skis from Intersport on the ground floor and you’re all set.

Bit of a walk to the town centre, but you can take the bus, easy.

Spa needs some serious attention - many lockers don't work, perhaps having time slots for different properties to reduce how busy it is? pretty wet and grotty changing rooms at the end of the evening, and no where to get changed

Felt like a scam! Definitely not worth the money! Never again!

The fact that after snowboarding there wasn’t such a long way to walk with your stuff on your back, but that’s it.

Not sure where to begin: - upon arrival there was so little staff that there were dozens of ppl squished in the lobby waiting a really long time to check in - it was so dirty, that I had to put plastic bags on the bottom of the wardrobe shelves before putting my clothes, as there was no piece of cloth to wash it with, as I wanted to - one change of towels in a week is really, but really not enough - no soap in the kitchen or bathroom, no dish soap, no kitchen towel, broken shelves in the bathroom, disgusting bathtub and shower - ski compartments with no working fans and heaters - i really don’t get how that property has passed the requirements for a 4 star location; after leaving I had to stop for a night in Geneva and stayed at a 3 star hotel that was far far more comfortable and clean, like no way to compare the two

Well renovated apartment with modern facilities. Boot locker is a bit cramped.

Reception was very organised - we arrived at 3pm. Room wasn't ready but was no issue came back at 5p to collect.

The Spa was a little crowded some days and the changing facilities are not very large. The public SPA in the town is very nice.

Great location for skiing out but skiing in was a tricky red at the end of the day

The spa was such a treat at the end of a day skiing. location and layout of the apartment were great. Accommodation was good value.

The restaurant staff were great but having paid full adult prices for a 12 year old daughter we were very disappointed with the portion sizes and slightly let down by the quality of the food. Also the bed wasn’t made up in the lounge on arrival so we were given sheets the next day to make our own.

The apartment was spacious and extremely well fitted with a great kitchen. The ski-in-ski-out was fantastic and saved a lot of time. The spa facilities were amazing and never too busy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is perfect, ski rental and a shop all within 30 seconds of the apartment. Would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, just minor recommendations in order to make it even better.

Everything. The facilities Spa, Restaurant, Supermarket within the Residénce make our life easier after a long day of snow sports. The apartment was big enough for 3 adults, kitchen full equipped, nice views from the mountain and ski tracks, nice bathrooms.

The mattresses could be more comfortable, specially after a hard day. The checkout process could be easier, since on the day of departure there is always a lot of tasks to do, and it's no easy to clean all the apartment, collect towels, linens... organize them until 10am. An iron was nice too.

J’ai l’habitude de venir dans votre établissement depuis trois ans. Cela mériterait peut-être un petit peu d’entretien mais à côté de ça. Je suis très content de remplacement, j’aimerais être un petit peu plus au courant de vos offres en temps et en heure si possible. Cordialement

Le non-respect de ce thème personne telles que groupe de jeunes vis-à-vis d’amas de bouteilles sur les pistes, pas très respectueux

In die Jahre gekommene Chalets zu stolzen Preisen

Die Lage ist gut. Direkter Zugang zu den Pisten. Der Shuttlebus hält direkt vor der Tür. Der inkludierte Spa-Bereich war ok, aber bei schlechtem Wetter überfüllt. Das Personal war nett.

Der in der Beschreibung angepriesene private Pool war eine Badewanne mit Whirlpoolfunktion, die jedoch außer Betrieb war. Zudem waren die hauseigenen Waschmaschinen außer Betrieb, so dass wir runter ins Dorf gehen mussten, um zu waschen. Für 6 Personen war das Appartement viel zu klein. Ich würde dieses in die Jahre gekommene Chalet maximal mit 4 Personen belegen. Der Kundenservice, hat auf unsere Email leider nicht reagiert.
