Great location. Ideal location for Southwell racecourse. 15 minute leisurely stroll to the racecourse from the accommodation. Our overnight stay was great from start to finish - easy check in, free car parking, clean tidy and comfortable room. Bathroom, including shower, was clean and modern. The sink was on the small side. Good value for money.

May 2026 - Room Rolleston is a great place to stay but it is 5 miles drive from town hall (market) taxi around £ 30.00 return.

I've been staying here every year since 2023...always exceptional. James & Mercedes are wonderful hosts. Always accommodating & The Crown next door is delightful for lunch or dinner!!! Outstanding service & fantastic quality from both ❤️🙏❤️
