BED AT BOWBRIDGE Double Room

Our hosts were delightful. Their home was a very comfortable place to stay. The room was very well appointed with lots of extra touches to make a great stay. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

You are immediately made to feel extremely welcome as soon as you enter this B&B which the owners like you to treat as home. The room had an ensuite and was absolutely ideal for my three night stay. A comfy bed and everything you would possibly need was at hand. I chose Bed at Bowbridge for it's location, cost per night and traveller's ratings/comments. It hit the mark on all of these points and the friendliness of the owners was a bonus. Would definitely return here and recommend this B&B.

The owners were really welcoming and wonderful to chat with. The room was delightful and really comfortable. It is in an excellent location from Newark town centre and other local activities are a short drive away. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone else who would be wanting a room in Newark.

The steps down into the loo, a bit difficult in the middle of the night even with the movement sensor light. A bit cramped too. Parking a bit tight.

Fabulously welcoming engaging hosts and convenience for wandering to Newark centre with it's varied attractions and facilities, with off road parking. Very comfortable room with quality bedding, and well thought through to provide all essentials, plus many additional extras, such as mini fridge, moveable mirror (welcomed to aid make up application), and folding chairs (useful for both seating and as extra tables). Thoughtfully provides for all seasons and individual desired room temperatures, by having efficient user friendly radiators, multi opening windows, and a fast acting ceiling fan. This to us was a breath of fresh air, literally, over corporate claustrophobic rooms with fixed windows and drying air conditioning. Quiet room with a view over the lovely garden, with multiple seating areas and quirky vistas. Great breakfast included in the price, with many cereal options, breads and condiments, and very accommodating of specific dietary requirements. Offered much more than we ever anticipated for the price, and perfect for our three day stay. Thank you.

The hosts were warm, friendly and helpful. They try to do everything to make your stay comfortable and anticipate any needs. They were very accommodating about my need for a coeliac diet. The room had everything including a sewing kit and a basic first aid kit. This is a great place to stay!

Wasn't anything to dislike. Spotlessly clean. Decorated to a high standard.the hosts are amazing. They make you feel so welcome and are genuinely lovely people. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. In fact we are looking to book again very soon in the future. You won't find a better stay with warm charming hospitality. Top marks on all accounts.

And biscuits A real treat ... fantastic host and really comfortable ..it is in a great location and has private parking..the room was well set out with a desk for me to work at with a plug point ..the shower room is on suit and super clean and had shower wash and shampoo..there was a fridge with coffee and biscuits

it is a great base to stay in newark to get around, if you want to go on trips all around the east midlands and the north east as well.
