The premises are beautiful with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was freshly made with great produce. The owners were a Delight and couldn't have done more to make our stay a pleasant one.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Lions B&B and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The property itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, full of charm, and set in the perfect location. It’s just far enough out of town to feel peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough for a lovely walk in for an evening meal, which we really enjoyed.
The hosts, Pablo and John, truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were so warm, friendly, and welcoming—it felt like nothing was too much trouble. They were always happy to share great recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which really added a personal touch to our stay. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests really stands out.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home.
Breakfast was absolutely brilliant—easily a 10/10! Delicious, freshly prepared, and the perfect way to start the day.
We’re so pleased we chose to stay for 2 nights as it gave us time to properly unwind and enjoy everything. It’s one of those places you don’t want to leave, and we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Fabulous Bed and Breakfast accommodation.
I don't usually write reviews but I've made an exception for the Lions.
The two hosts were superb and couldn't do enough for us.
The bedroom room was spotless and we had a lovely huge bathroom with a roll top bath and walk-in shower..
A smashing full English breakfast with fresh fruit as a starter and home made jam for the toast. Linel surviettes!
Well worth a diversion off the A1.
