Excellent Location with the added bonus of free parking. Short 10 minute walk to all that Plymouth City Centre has to offer. Great local amenities - Tesco Express, Convenience Shop etc. Super communication with the Host. Light airy property with super speed Wi-Fi, washing machine and the bonus of a tumble drier! Enjoyed the bath too!

Clean, spacious, secure, parking, owner bought us some groceries as we were staying all week and arrived late. Much appreciated.
Near Jewsons but wasn’t too disruptive.

Rare to get city centre with parking. Well situated very clean and comfortable with everything you could want.
I only have a small car. I’m not use to parking in garage so getting the car in and getting out of it was a challenge. Wouldn’t want a bigger car. There were more stairs than I realised!

The location is deceiving. It is close to the road and adjacent to an industrial area but that should not put vistors off. It was very quiet throughout and only a 5 minute walk to the Barbican and harbour area where there are bars, retaurants and shops. It is a short walk along to Plymouth Ho and the Lido.
Also secure the parking and a gated complex was a big bonus.
There were a couple of very minor issues but nothing that would prevent our party returning. I met with Martin as we were leaving and discussed them in person he was happy to take our feedback.
