Really really good for the price. Breakfast, a pool, very clean. I'd stay there again.

The location to the lapa bar area was awesome! A few blocks up there is the vibrant restaurant and bar scence in lapa is was awesome!! Definitely awesome!

The hot water in the sink didn't work. The shower hot water work. But not in the sink.

Okayish but wouldn't come back

The place was ok overall. It was not great and not bad. Would I come back? Probably not.

It was super loud. And I don't mean just loud. I mean LOUD. In front of my window locals gambled until late at night. Or were drinking or just yelling. I had to sleep with ear plugs. Also until this point I would have given a 7. But the last night I asked the hotel to give me a wake-up call (I had an early flight). They said they would but they never did. Luckily I woke up myself.

Very clean and value for money

Not centrally air conditioned, individual units on each room struggle and can be noisy. The area is very dirty, lots of homeless people in very horrible circumstances, mental health problems etc

Cheer Up

Pool area was ok.. and the little balcony at the room.. If you're staying to party or being during a night life in lapa it's a good location. One lady in the reception was really nice and helpful at check in. Breakfast was more or less ok. Beds was ok.

Dirty curtains at the bathroom, when you shower the little rubber list on the floor doesn't help much, cause the floor will get wet. 2 other guys in reception, not a good day, not a good morning even if you said. Not clean under the beds. And lamps 😶

door and walls too thin you could hear everything happening in the building

at the counter there is not queue, so everyone would go there and get the intention of the staff for the check in, the issue was that she didn’t prioritize us, but instead prioritized all Brazilian people despite us being there first, we waited 1h for the check in … also they don’t speak a word of English, for an hotel, it should be the bare minimum

The problem in the hotel was the noise outside and in the morning the staffs talking in the corredor - I changed the to the back but the noose still looks like drymachine working overnight

質問に対する回答が遅い。チェックアウトした後に返信がきたので、普段から問い合わせを確認していないのだろう。セントロにあるホテルなのにも関わらず、カーニバルのタクシー手配を嫌がっていた。

Do tamanho do quarto ( um cubículo) e do banheiro ( descarga fraca) e mal equipado. Café da manhã bagunçado, sem controle de quem entra e sai, demora na reposição, poucas opções gostosas. Tudo muito comum.

Os elevadores!! Pessimo, ficamos presos pq ele subiu e a porta nao fechou, na hora de sair a porta ficou travada, passamos por um espaço de 2 palmos.

Atendeu as expectativas para uma diária curta.

Fiz reservas para 2 dias seguidos, mas em pedidos de reservas diferentes. O segundo dia ficou mais caro do que o primeiro. Mesmo se alterasse a primeira reserva o valor ficaria mais alto. O que me faz crer que o valor pode alterar a qualquer momento sem qualquer razão ou previsão.

O café da manhã ótimo. A recepção dos funcionários foi rápido. Os elevadores e corredores limpos. O quarto estava organizado.

Toalhas estavam se rasgando. O teto do quarto está descascando e tinha pedaço do revestimento soltando da parede. Pela manhã a água da piscina estava esbranquiçada o que foi péssimo porque eu queria aproveitar a piscina antes de finalizar a estadia.

A Tv não conectava com a internet, a luminária da cama atrapalha bati a cabeça 3 vezes, uma coisa q me deixou muito insatisfeito aluguei o quarto 15h da tarde 22h quando cheguei no hotel pagamento não tava constando eu fiquei 30min esperando pra ir pro quarto e não tiveram nem um pedido de desculpa
