Right in the centre, but as it's set back it was surprisingly quiet. So close to everything, would definitely book again.

Xmas drinks - couple

The location was perfect for the city centre, visiting xmas market, and xmas drinks around Chester. Bed was super comfy. Very spacious 2 floor apartament

The kitchen was not too clean, tea pot was mucky, only one small heater in the flat and was quite cold, also no light abo the mirror upstairs, so no chance to do make up when going out as it was dark in the room.

The location was fantastic, the apartment was equipped for our every need and very clean and tidy .the owner (warren )communicated with me regarding all information and any questions I asked .the staff at the rainbow cafe were lovely and very welcoming. I would recommend this apartment to everyone looking for a relaxing stay in Chester.

Stayed several times fantastic as always, our favourite place to stay when we come to chester, the staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble, breakfast downstairs fabulous will be truly missed 😩😩

Comfortable stay in a great location

Great location near shops and restaurants only a few steps away, the rooms and bathroom were clean and tidy with everything you could need. Bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep, this was our 2nd visit to bridge street views and we will definitely be stopping again in the future.

The metal steps to access the property can be a pain but you are informed of this when booking and everything has been done to make them not slippy when raining but just to be aware of if you struggle with steps.

Right in the heart of Chester

The property has many plus points It’s right in the centre of Chester. A perfect location Our apartment did not have anyone above or below us and even though there were Christmas parties all around we could not hear much noise at all. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Grubby

very central location so near where we were going....

Really damp smelling, poor cleaning, sticky floors, grubby sofas, general mess outside .....really could do with a massive clean and a LOT more care. The bed was weird and I fell down the middle of it constantly - alos really didn't trust that the sheets were clean because of the rest of the place

Location was fab. Private and snug apartment. Kitchen facilities were great and biscuits on arrival was nice.

Hardly any glasses/mugs Disinterested member of staff showed me round Bulbs missing/lights not working Cooker never worked Nowhere to put drinks when sat on sofa resulting in me spilling wine on the carpet

Brilliant city centre apartment

The apartment was right in the city centre and was so cosy and comfortable. We stayed in Flat 2, The Loft, a one bedroom duplex with living/dining/ kitchen downstairs and bedroom & shower/basin/toilet upstairs. Plenty of room and really well laid out to make the most of the space. The sofa and bed were really comfortable. There were very generous welcome supplies too which saved us going food shopping. It's run by a local charity which also runs the Rainbow Tea Room cafe below it. We ate in there too and it is a lovely spot with top quality food at a very reasonable price. We'd definitely return here.

Very good location but needs a good clean

Great size in great location.

Not that clean, bathroom needs updating as my little one got locked in the bathroom due to the sticking mechanism not actually locking the door. No key left for us and took a while for anyone to let us in. Fans not working.

Excellent location in the City Centre. Easy communication with the hosts. Excellent facilities, ideal for a week or longer. The washer drier although used by me only once helped cut down on luggage.

Great place to stay for the local attractions at a very reasonable price.

Very clean and tidy, prime location right in the middle of the city centre. We travelled up from London and We stayed here a night as we had a trip to the zoo planned which was only a 15 min drive away. Bottles of water, tea,coffee,sugar AND milk was there for us too which was a lovely touch. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming too. Would definitely stay again if we visited again in the future. Thank you x

Location was brilliant. Snacks, milk, crumpets and bread were a thoughtful gift from the host.

Superb!

Fantastic location in the middle of Chester and only a 5 minute walk from the nearest car park. Very clean and comfortable with the added bonus of tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen plus a bottle of water in the fridge. Would highly recommend!

Apartment spotless , beds comfortable , appreciated the welcome pack . gentleman who came to open apartment very kind and helpful .

Only downside for us was the steps , but that was my fault not enquiring about such things
