Nice comfy warm stay.

The location was great, a lovely walk down the canal path into the city so, we didn’t need to use the car.

Parking- didn’t realise the area was for permit holders only, there is a car park in christleton road about 10-15 min walk away but, only for around 19 cars. We did eventually get a space on here & it’s very cheap to park.

Walking distance to town, spacious accommodation with all the basics in situ. 2 double bedrooms, shower room and fully equipped kitchen. Quiet Good communication with the managing company, clear instructions of check in/out.

Two single beds combined into a double are a bit uncomfortable. The house is clean but it could do with upgrade and redecorating, especially the hob

Waited one hour to enter the property because given the wrong code the house was cold ,the fridge door had to be propped up with the bin because it wouldn't close the front bedroom door would not close, the bathroom door wouldn't close bulb missing from front bedroom no internet in summary this house. Is a disgrace and I want some compensation or else it goes on the internet

double bed squeaky when you move the boiler comes on every 5 mins in the double bedroom keeping you awake no bulb in main light in double room shower door not attached on the bottom and is dangerous for kids no coffee pods on offer as offered in booking and in pictures

No noise and beds were comfortable

Rubbish in back yard when we arrived. No garden furniture to sit outside even though they advertised it as having a garden. Oven top old and small kitchen. Air fresheners everywhere to hide damp smell. Advertised that it has street parking. It was permit parking only so we could not park there until the evening and had to move car by 8am. Doors in bathroom would not close properly. Having stayed in other self catering properties this cottage was quite disappointing seemed that they had just done a quick redecoration job to make it look modern without rectifying problems first. We made the best of it but we ate out both nights as we would not have wanted to use the kitchen facilities.

A nice clean comfortable two bedroomed house close enough to city centre yet far enough away to be peaceful the beds were very comfortable

The parking wasn’t the best even after the permit holder only times you could not get parking so it’s a 10 minute walk to car no good for blue badge holder luckily we only had one person with difficult walking issues

Location amazing. Kitchen well equipped. Nice furnishings. Smart TV

Reminded me of my old student house. Smelt damp. Feels that it was bought cheap and the basics were done quickly to make it liveable. Then put some nice furniture in so it looks good on photos. Apart from furniture in front bedroom which was just awful. Painted over old textured wall paper. Very cheap carpet. Skirting board in one bedroom old and broken that you couldn’t close the door without pushing it in. My daughter got stuck in there. Shower was terrible, just a dribble of either cold or scorching hot water. No parking but that obviously can’t be helped.

Great stay!

The property was great, felt like a home away from home. The property was very homely and comfortable. Great location too and not far from amenities and attractions. Only down side was the property had a very strong smell of smoke when we arrived so had to be air fresheners and open all windows. Apart from that can’t fault anything. Would definitely stay again. 😊
