The layout and furniture was lovely. All was well with the property. Thank you :Location was fine and we were able to walk into the city centre in about 20 mins... so enjoyed our visit very much,
I am sure it was an oversight but we didn't have a washing up bowl or a plug for the kitchen sink which made it harder to wash dishes.

A dog friendly place in a good location with parking and easy walking distance to Chester and the garden quarter with supermarkets and shopping centre around the corner. Quiet cul de sac location. Good shower and flexible hive-based heating system (although note no heater in small bedroom). Really soft towels and the beds were comfy. It's a compact ground floor apartment perfectly big enough for 3 adults and a dog for 3 nights.
The kitchen and cooking equipment need a bit of a refresh/ deep clean. There isn't a washing up bowl or plug so washing dishes was difficult (probably why previous people hadn't washed stuff properly). The bathroom door is difficult to open and close as it jams on the floor - but lifting it helps. As others have said the creaking floors of the people in the upstairs flat can be annoying.

Excellent shower and provision of washing machine
No indication of property number or name to find it. No instructions provided inside.TV remote batteries were flat. The bathroom door was swollen so was stuck on the floor and extremely difficult to open or close. Bed very soft, small and uncomfortable.
