The location was great. right in the heart of Chester. There is a good atmosphere on the street and lots of cafes and bars around. The flat was a good size for two of us. The hosts were very communicative often checking we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and modern with a good kitchen and a quirky second mezzanine bedroom.

At the heart of everything in Chester. Great weekend pad!

Great little pad at the heart of the action inside the walls of Chester. Right on top of the night life with easy walking access to bars, restaurants and clubs. Superb location. Ideal for sightseeing and for nights out. James was great at communicating and checking that everything was ok.

Great Location for walking to every thing in Chester as it’s in the pedestrian area and size of the flat is good

The smell of drains as you walk in to the flat needs addressing maintenance issues probably, but not in the main room you’re in which was a godsend. Didn’t spoil our stay here.

The location was amazing. Beautiful building, had all.the amenities needed.

Really quite load on Saturday night. We had been out on Friday so didn't notice it as much. Its the price you pay for being so central. Bring ear plugs and you will be fine

Home from home for a very enjoyable few days

Comfortable and clean, nice decor and everything you needed was there. We were very impressed with it.

There was a high pitched sound (alarm type) that went off every hour or so (and through the night)

Be warned

The owner, the host

The location. If I had known if was directly opposite 2 late night bars (with music blaring until 4am), fights, police vans, screaming and excessive noise I would have never booked the property. The bed was uncomfortable and the property was not properly cleaned. I don't want to do a "Four In A Bed", but I could say a lot more. I cut our stay short from 5 days to 2 nights.

Not bad, could be better.

The style of the property was good, the bed was comfy and the living space was a great size. The shower was excellent.

The fridge didn't work, there was no response from the host on this subject. Luckily the freezer compartment was just about fridge temperature! Loved the intermittent beeping. The oven trays were disgusting, there was an oil filled frying pan in there too. The plates and glasses all needed a wash before being usable. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, nobody likes other people's hairs. There was a smell of cigarettes which subsided slightly over the three days of having the windows open. There were no instructions on where to take the rubbish.

Beautiful Central Apartment

Perfect location, spacious apartment, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, nice kitchen facilities. The 2nd floor loft bed was incredibly comfortable!

Only one minor suggestion would be for the property to add a curtain to the large window where the upstairs loft bed is. Although it doesn’t seem that any neighbors could see in, it was not pleasant changing clothes at night in front of an uncovered window.

great location, near to all amenities. property decorated throughout lovely with all equipment needed for a great stay.

The communal hall way, I think let’s the property down, could do with new carpets or carpets been cleaned. Rug in lounge needs anti slip mat underneath. Some maps and local attraction information in the property would be great also. other than that lovely place.

Perfect location and accommodation.

Property was really comfortable with everything you could need. Location was great, perfect for getting around and seeing all different parts of city. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Comfortable furnishing.

it was a bit noisy at night given the proximity of bars and clubs. stairs for second bed were really steep, so someone staying there would need to be agile.

The access for dropping off luggage was difficult because Watergate Street is closed to traffic after 10:30. It was a bit of a trek with suitcases and bags from the nearest carpark

No curtains anywhere - otherwise good

Nice decor, good kitchen, comfortable sofa, spacious

NO CURTAINS - never seen this before but you can't properly get any privacy or darkness. Very strange. Other than that nothing else, but the seemingly deliberate lack of curtains a very strange choice.

Beautifully designed apartment in a great location

Great location, however it is on one of the main streets so something to think about if you can't drown out the noise from the bars and restaurants (it was bank holiday when we went so it was very noisy). The apartment was absolutely beautiful and couldn't fault a thing. It was well equipped and perfectly clean. Easy check in/out with key holder and the guest app they use.
