10min walk to start of town centre and city walls. Had a washing machine and small outdoor space and washing line. Two double bedrooms, plenty room for the three of us.
Didn't bother us as we were a family of three, but main seating in the living room for three people unless you use a dining chair.

Parking available on site. Nice big TV. Good location with 5 minutes walk to facilities.
It was perfectly adequate for our purposes but would benefit from some attention.
