The position was great close to everything, very clean and lovely having an outdoor table especially in the evening

Great difficulty about the front door lock but thankfully no problem using the back door and outside gate. Property v v hot as likely to get more of these hot spells a fan in each bedroom would be useful. A key to open the front window to allow a through draughty again needed. The house was very warm especially at night. Having a broken table propped up against the chair we only knew this when the chair was moved- screws on floor and ledge a bit disconcerting. The lighting in the dining area needs a dimmer switch! A very minor point a baking tray would be great for heating up a pizza etc rather than just the grill pan.

The bedrooms and living room were very comfortable and clean.

The bathroom needs updating, lots of old pipe work which is peeling, as is paintwork on the skirting boards. The tiles are black with mould. The kitchen could do with some tlc. The outside area was covered in rubbish and bins knocked over, not a nice place to sit out.
