Good location; good size for a family
Difficult to get the radiators as warm as we wanted (we stayed during a very cold snap).

Location was a short walk from train station, and a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The home was very comfortable and clean with great size bedrooms . Bathrooms were also clean.
Would have liked more towels for the 3 night break.

the location was good, beds were comfy and fully equipped kitchen
Rooms were cleaned but not dusted. Large Cobwebs everywhere and thick dust at rim of under bed and corners. Cigarette stubs n rubbish left outside back garden from previous users which was not picked up. Smelt damp as we walked in. The pipe cover was hanging of wall. There were only blinds up and not curtains. One blind was damaged. Toilet flush damaged. Although does actually sleep 10 there were only 4 seats in living room, but one was ripped and sellotaped up. There is only enough room for 4 people in kitchen. One chair broke whilst I sat on it. Noticed that someone had previously tried to repair the chair and not replaced. It's a good job my 70 year old dad was not on it. Lightbulbs missing n shades cracked. if there were enough seating I would probably stay again.
