Good location; good size for a family

Difficult to get the radiators as warm as we wanted (we stayed during a very cold snap).

Chester

Location was a short walk from train station, and a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The home was very comfortable and clean with great size bedrooms . Bathrooms were also clean.

Would have liked more towels for the 3 night break.

stained carpets, ant infestation, insufficient comfy chairs for 8, small fragile glass kitchen table, faulty electricity on first floor disabling all lighting and shower, company’s delay in communicating after we reported the danger. Dismissive nature of company staff regarding health and safety hazard.

Ants everywhere, not clean at all! Not like the pictures, no Netflix, wifi is very slow, the team were not nice. Not heater is was really cold! I do not recommend!

Good place great location once boiler issues are sorted would stay again.

The house was lovely and in a good location for our requirements.

The property was very cold. The boiler constantly dropped pressure So was incapable of getting the property warm. I recommend the owners get a heating engineer out ASAP. Also there was what appeared to be a small pile of rubble near the back door which the cleaners seemed to miss.

the location was good, beds were comfy and fully equipped kitchen

Rooms were cleaned but not dusted. Large Cobwebs everywhere and thick dust at rim of under bed and corners. Cigarette stubs n rubbish left outside back garden from previous users which was not picked up. Smelt damp as we walked in. The pipe cover was hanging of wall. There were only blinds up and not curtains. One blind was damaged. Toilet flush damaged. Although does actually sleep 10 there were only 4 seats in living room, but one was ripped and sellotaped up. There is only enough room for 4 people in kitchen. One chair broke whilst I sat on it. Noticed that someone had previously tried to repair the chair and not replaced. It's a good job my 70 year old dad was not on it. Lightbulbs missing n shades cracked. if there were enough seating I would probably stay again.

Very poor

Location was great, near to some great bars and restaurants.

We had to clean the whole downstairs when we got their. In this time of covid I thought the cleanliness was very poor. For an accommodation sleeping 9 there was only 2 toilet rolls, no kitchen rolls and no tea towels. The downstairs couch that pulled out into a bed is the most uncomfortable seating/sleeping I have ever been on a park bench would have given more comfort.

Very poor experience, it spoilt our trip.

The location was the best thing about this property.

This property is seriously in need of renovation. Whilst staying last weekend, we had heavy rain and there was a serious leak through the roof into the twin bedroom, completely wetting the bed one of the party was using. The leak continued through our stay at the property. We felt the overall cleanliness was poor, the furniture in the lounge was terrible, one chair was ripped and split, the sofa was so hard it was uncomfortable to sit on. Kitchen equipment was sadly lacking and some of the dishes were dirty in the cupboards. The beds were fairly comfortable and had clean laundry, that was the only highlight.

Near to the city centre

Lots of building work opposite. Very noise. Lots of police activity on the street. One day with the bin men and an abusive neighbour. The second day, some sort of house search by the police

The house worked well for us as it eliminated amount of contact with other people.

Location was ideal for our visit. Key access was good. Communication with owner was good.

House was very cold on arrival and heating was not on. Felt like it had been like that for some time as it took at least two days to get to a comfortable temperature. We actually had to sleep in our clothes on the first night it was so cold.
