We all enjoyed our stay it was local to my husbands work and comfortable.

Lovely house nice size rooms and back garden Everything we needed, the door on the washing machine was leaking and I messaged to let them know and they replaced it the day after 👍🏼

The only thing I will mention is that the shower door is way to small only my 8 and 11 year old could fit in tidy me and my husband literally had to squeeze in

Basically Comfortable...

The property was spacious - big enough for a small family - there were three of us and we were comfortable. The seating in the lounge was comfortable (if you can cope with loose cushions as the back rest), a lovely little electric fire and a good size TV. The room was nicely decorated. There was a dishwasher and washing machine - both in good working order - a good size kitchen with all the usual white goods and basics I.e. cutlery, crockery, glasses a few pots and pans etc. There was coffee, tea and sugar but these were your typical hotel type coffees etc. In little packets. A few tubs of UHT milk was left in the fridge. Basic cleaning supplies were provided. The conservatory, set up as the dining room was a real bonus to enjoy breakfast and dinner with patio doors opening up onto a small garden with a built in bbq and wooden picnic table at the bottom of the garden. The beds were great and so were the pillows and duvets. The main bedroom was spacious with large built in wardrobes with ample hanging and drawer space. Hangers were provided. The second bedroom was slightly less spacious but did have a lovely big bed in it and adequate for a 17 year old... The bathroom was compact with a small but comfortable shower. Hotel type shower gel, shampoo and soap were provided as well as towels. The property was conveniently located within a residential area (a 40 min walk into Chester). It is opposite a train track but you hardly ever noticed the occasional fast train going past. Overall it felt peaceful.

It is not so much about what we did not like but more about making recommendations... It would have been even better if: > we were provided with some bigger and better quality towels. > better quality teabags, coffee and some fresh milk (but this is because we have been spoilt in all the other places that we've stayed in over the years). > good quality dish towels and dish cloths, perhaps more than just one (but again as there were only three of us and we mostly only had breakfast at the property we tended to do the dishes ourselves and not put the big dishwasher on for only a few things).

We have excellent 4-night stay there

Free private parking and quiet living environment. Just 10 minutes drive to nearby retail parks and town centre. A playground is also nearby within walking distance, I can easily take my kid there for a fun play time.

Three rolls of toilet paper were not enough for our family. Would be perfect if an extra roll of paper could be provided.

Disappointing!

Located through large estate.On arrival kitchen hadn’t been cleaned cooker, oven& microwave used & dirty & kitchen mixer tap swinging loosely. Contacted Copperhouse best they offered was cleaner next day! No maintenance response during stay. Day 2 Smart meter on £2.00.Had to contact Copperhouse to top up to have ongoing utilities which owner did once asked! No instructions for heating, tv or other items. Beds clean and comfy. Good location for A55 etc.

Excellent property. Only drawback is the location which you can walk into Chester in about 45 minutes . Alternatively it is car use,a 10 min walk and then a bus or taxis

Very spacious nice decor the house was nice clean bedding & towels.

I had to clean the kitchen utensils cutlery and microwave, & some drinking cups & glasses which had clearly been used previously, Cigarette butts all over the patio path.

Potentially a nice place to stay near Chester, but needs attention to some aspects of housekeeping

The property has off road parking for two cars and we appreciated the conservatory/dining area. It is within walking distance to supermarkets, but a car would be needed if there was a lot to carry. There is a private little garden at the back.

We were travelling as 4 Adults and two children. There was not enough cutlery for us all to sit down for a meal. Two of us had to make do with plastic knives and forks. The bed settee in the living room had clearly not been used for some time and when we pulled it out, we had to clean underneath before making up the bed. No sheets or duvet cover were provided for the bed settee and all in all, the experience was pretty poor for the people who slept in the lounge. Although it is advertised as suitable for 6 people, it did not deliver.

It needs to have mirrors in the bedrooms. The location was good to get into Chester but the area was a bit rough.

AVOID

Well where to begin. We were told the night before our stay that we were being moved from a different property because the one we booked had maintenance issues. Looks like they have told other people this as well! The one we got placed in had so many issues!! No clear instruction with how to get into the property, getting locked out, no working doors, the toilet broke on our second night which resulted in all of us having to rely on using pubs and cafes, stained/unwashed bedding (see photo), and total lack of proper communication. Will definitely not be staying ever again, AVOID.

Superb

Comfortable and clean. Was in a great, quiet location, very private. Spacious garden to sit in when the weather was nice. Felt very much at home here.

1 thing - I would have liked a big mirror in a better location. The only 'full length' mirror was inside the wardrobe door which was behind a bedside table.

Over priced!

Bed was comfy! Lounge pleasant

All the flooring needs attention, creaks at every step, the bathroom tiles have blown and are loose. The main bedroom door is only held on with one hinge as when it closes it catches on the threshold bar stopping it from closing unless you hold it down with your foot when closing. The dining room table should have 16 screws in total securing the 4 legs, only 8 used and not screwed in, hence the wobbly table! I have pictures of these issues. No welcome pack or information on appliances etc or places to visit!
