Property needs general make over. No lamps in some bedrooms. Mirrors needed in bedrooms. More coat hangers needed.

The location was excellent, a really short walk into the city, information about being on a main road was plentiful so nothing unexpected there, the property itself was great, a little tired in some areas, but spotless and comfortable and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Communication from the owners/agents was excellent, if we had experienced any issues (which we didn't) I feel confident that it would have been sorted out straight away.
The digital keylock was a little tricky to operate, that could have been user error but the latch didn't always disengage, it worked eventually though so we weren't too inconvenienced.

Apartment had everything we needed. Comfy beds, hot showers, towels. Location is brilliant, a 2 minute walk into the centre. A little noisy with duel carriageway outside

The location was absolutely perfect for the City centre and river attractions. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms were also ideal for our needs. The property was clean and there were plenty of towels and crockery ect, very well provided with coffee and tea also. However, the beds were not the most comfortable, but we did not let that spoil our lovely trip to Chester! And, would use Outlook again as it was certainly value for money.

Fantastic location, really good to be able to just hop on to the walls and circumnavigate the city. Great to have three bathrooms - ideal for three couples, it would probably be a bit tight on living space for more. Reasonably well equipped although the glasses were a bit thick if you like to savour your wine. On the upside, no need to worry about putting them in the dishwasher. Good communication from the company - texts to tell you the property was ready (90 minutes before scheduled, which would have been useful if we hadn't planned our arrival to suit 3PM) and to make sure entry with the code had gone OK.
Unloading the car is difficult. Not least because Chester contains some relatively rare "no unloading" yellow lines on the kerbs (remember your highway code?) I'd recommend a left turn just before you get to the property (I know, I know, how do you know when you're just before? - easy, it's just after you've gone under the city walls) because there's some 30 minute parking in the street and you'll have a lot less far to walk than if you turn left just after.
The lounge furniture is a bit tatty. The chaise part of the sofa had patches of faux leather where the fabric backing was exposed and the coffee table looked like if had been used for defence from a shotgun.
The TV seemed to have been melted (probably because someone moved the toaster to be near a plug which wasn't already in use for the fridge - not us, I hasten to add - we just remembered to plug the fridge back in after toasting). [Note that the TV isn't in the position shown on the picture - it's actually mounted over a kitchen worktop]
The pillows inside the clean pillowcases looked a bit grim - some washable pillow protectors would help. Beds were a bit narrow and a bit unevenly sprung - not the most comfortable. And yes, take heed of the very honest noise warning - it would be worth asking for the sleep kits that they offer on pre-order - the traffic is noticeable all night and relentless after 6AM. Assuming you can sleep comfortably with earplugs.

Good location, mostly clean
Beds uncomfortable and several need replacing. Sofa very worn as was coffee table. Also should be replaced. Handle in one shower door is broken and another does not close properly

We have just returned from Chester City Walls Gathering and the 3 of us had a tremendous time. We were there to celebrate the oldest friend turning 70 and our preference was to go to a restaurant we all liked rather than any other form of celebration. We stayed in Chester as the place we liked the most only opens in the evenings. The place we stayed in was close to the city centre. quiet and comfortable. We all enjoyed staying there so much we would book in at some future time. People get in by using a code that is sent to people who bok in and it was better than using keys. We had a fantastic time thanks from Peter, Paul and me Viv.

Location was easy for city centre. Beds split into singles; ideal for a group. Three bathrooms.
Every floorboard creaked! Bring ear plugs as property is on a dual carriageway - not as bad as it reads!

The location was great, the apartment was spotlessly clean and there was a downstairs loo.
The sofas were a bit worn and too deep to sit comfortably for anyone with a bad back.

Nice clean properly. A bit shabby inside could do with some updating,, but to be fair it was a reasonable price.
Less freaky f loorboards would be good.
6.0 / 10.0
Closeness to City centre.
The lounge downstairs.
The communication before our stay.
The fact that someone else could open the door and walk in thinking it was their apartment twice..
The shower not working.
The bins outside being full.
The draught under the back door.
The melted television which stuck in demo mode.
We knew the floor boards were noisy but did not expect every movement to be heard all over the apartment.

It was very clean, very warm and a good location. Lots of bedrooms for 4 women to have their own bedroom and bathrooms. Good customer service when I rang about a few issues at the property. And nice to be able to make a brew on arrival.
I knew it would be noisey because of the dual carriageway but the house itself it very noisey, floor boards squeaking etc. Ok for a short stay.

Great location for sightseeing, walking the city walls, shops and restaurants
The apartment wasn't as well appointed as I would have expected.with very little storage facilities - no drawers or wardrobes in any of the bedrooms for example. Although very clean it was tired looking including one of the ensuite showers not working properly. Also I don't think you should describe the apartment as having 4 bathrooms when one of those is only a downstairs toilet/cloakroom. We were expecting some traffic noise, however this was far greater than anticipated.

Great location for visiting Chester parking ok apartment was well equipped and rooms spacious and spotless.
Slight problem with one of the ensuite showers, it was stuck on hot so couldn't use it.

The location, cleanliness and staff interaction were all good.
It was very good value for money.
The floors and stairs are exceedingly creaky, so not good for moving around at night.
There is nowhere to put clothes except a few hangers, so we were scrabbling around in suitcases on the floor.
The property felt like it was for maximum people rather than making it more user-friendly.
We are 4 elderly but fit ladies and I think the property as it is, was for groups of younger people.

House in general very nice in a good location,
Good size house and rooms good size,
Well stocked with hand soap and toilet rolls,
Towels really good.
In a really good location.
Dish washer a pleasant addition,
Showers good as water was as hot as needed,
Oven really good.
Windows shocking kept no road noise at bay particularly at night :(
Could not be quiet at night as really noisy floorboards every step made a loud creak, No underlay under carpets.
Back door had a big gap, no good during cold times.
Would have been nice to have washing machine but not too bad a thing

The location is great right next to the city walls and only 5 min from centre
The creaking Staircase and floorboards and the settees have seen better days one sags significantly in the centre also says parking did not say it is in a payable carpark about £12 per 24hrs

Excellent facilities, very clean and huge property. Excellent location right by city walls. Five minutes from town, restaurants and bars. Thanks Guys see you again soon.
Only fault was road noise. But the back bedroom made up for that.
