The best stay ever, thanks to a fantastic home and exceptional host

We stayed here as a group of 4 and had the most amazing experience. The house is huge, with 4 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, which made it very comfortable for all of us. It has both a washing machine and a dryer -which was incredibly convenient during our stay. The living room is spacious with a smart TV, and the outdoor patio was perfect for enjoying breakfast or coffee in the mornings. The location is excellent –the metro is only about 10 minutes on foot, there are also bus stops nearby, and it was very easy to reach the city center (around 40 minutes). There is a supermarket and a bakery within 5 minutes walking distance,also a few places to eat which made everything super convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, tidy, and fully equipped with everything you might need. Truly one of the best places we have ever stayed – and we travel a lot. But what really made the stay unforgettable was the host. Honestly, this is the best host we have ever had. Communication was outstanding –he responded immediately, came to the apartment twice to help us (once to turn on the heating when we were cold, and another time to bring us a Wi-Fi hotspot when the internet went down). He was extremely kind, helpful, and gave us great recommendations for the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was beyond our expectations, and we would 100% stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!

Overall a nice apartment with everything you need

This apartment is spread over three levels: one room is on the ground floor, two rooms on the second floor, and the fourth room is on the third floor, under the roof. The ground floor was a bit damp with stale air, but airing it out helped. The living room is small — we didn’t use it at all and always sat in the kitchen instead.

The terrace was unclean and full of debris during our stay, so we couldn’t use it.

Great!

It was a great place to stay in Paris. The metro station is close with direct line to city center and we had auchan and boulangerie very close. The host was very welcoming. We arrive early in the morning in paris and they let us check in earlier which we really apreciated. One feedback I have for the bed upstairs. It was not very comfortable the sheets were keep falling from the mattress so we ended up sleeping on the mattress also the pillows were keep falling as well. If you could check it that would be great. Thanks!

Great stay a short metro ride from Paris city center

Very responsive host. Easy check-in and check-out. House very well maintained. All bedrooms are very nice. We slept well. There is a metro station close-by that goes directly to Châtelet. All in all, it is a very good value for money option for whoever wants to visit Paris!

Nothing, it was a good stay. It's worth noting that there currently is a lot of construction work going on in the neighbourhood but it was not an issue.

Большой дом, но плохое обустройство

Нас понравилось что вилла 3-х этажная и есть 2 ванные комнаты. Была кофемашина и огромный холодильник, очень хорошо работала печка . Рядом Ашан и пару магазинов с выпечкой что однозначно плюс . Очень приятный хозяин .

Не понравилось достаточно много вещей . Из первого , то что было реально грязно . К тому же на втором этаже мыльница не была наполнена мылом и не работал душ- "дождь ", а на первом этаже постоянно работала вытяжка которая вытягивала весь теплый воздух , поэтому купаться было не приятно и холодно. Было очень холодно и плохая шумоизоляция, пролетающие самолёты и проезжающие люди мешали спать . Сам район достаточно стремный , и очень грязный . Дом старый. Кухня была очень слабо заполнена , на такой большой дом который рассчитан на большое количество людей было мало тарелок , вилок и ложек , а те что были очень странные и не удобные . Был всего лишь один мешок для мусора, что также странно так как дом рассчитан на много людей . Отдельным минусом было то что текло отопление . В доме стоят стиральные машины большинство из которых не работали . Короче за такую цену , все могло быть намного лучше.

Köszönet mindenért, kényelemért, a korrekt tájékoztatásért, gyors kommunikációért, felszereltségért.

A kulcsátvételról fotós leírást kaptunk. A szállás kényelmes,rendezett és nagyon jó, hogy 4 db 2 személyes szoba volt, kényelmesen elfértünk. A lakás minden szükséges dologgal jól felszerelt. A közelben sok elérhető bolt van így könnyen beszereztünk mindent. Minden a leírásnak megefelelő volt. Nagyon ajánlom családi és baráti társaságoknak a kényelmes és különálló szobák, a nagy közös terek (konyha, nappali) miatt.

Nem volt olyan. Talán a fűtés az első napon egy picit hideg volt, de sikerült állítani a termosztáton, így az sem volt probléma.

Perfekt für eine Großfamilie oder große Gruppe mit günstigem Budget.

Schöne große Wohnung/Haus in guter Lage. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Vermieter. Er hat uns auch Hochstühle und Reisebetten für die Kinder zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das untere Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig und das W-LAN hat nicht funktioniert, der Mieter war aber sehr bemüht die Probleme zu lösen.

La maison est conforme à sa description. Elle est idéale pour une famille nombreuse ou un groupe d'amis. Elle est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et insonorisée. Située à 10 minutes de la station de métro, elle est parfaite pour profiter pleinement de son séjour à Paris. Les hôtes sont à l'écoute et très réactifs. Duży dom w dobrej lokalizacji i bezpiecznej okolicy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem domu.

Spokojna okolica, duży dom i dobra lokalizacja (dojazd metrem do głównych atrakcji Paryża ok. 30 minut) dojście na stację metra zajmuje 5 minut.

Brak tabletek do zmywarki i gąbki do mycia naczyń (byłoby miło gdyby były i nie musielibyśmy ich kupować).
