Floor wasn't properly cleaned although bathrooms looked better . There were small dirts around the floor which didn't make us too comfortable at the start until we had cleaned al over . Carpets need updating .

Terrible experience, avoid.

We booked and paid for this property, turns out it was double booked. We were left out in the winter cold for an hour on hold only to be hung up on and never heard back from this company. We had two children under 2 with us and they were entirely unhelpful.

Awful customer service, they should be ashamed.

Air conditioning dripped in the second bedroom and the washing machine didn’t have a drying function. Not dealbreakers, would definitely rent the apartment again as the pluses far outweighed the negatives. A big downside for me was the elevator. If you have a fear of small spaces, be prepared to take the stairs. I never took the elevator for the 4 nights we were there (on the 6th floor) but just chalked it up as additional exercise. Again, not a dealbreaker for me but something to be aware of if someone has a fear of small spaces and isn’t able to navigate several flights of stairs.

Nice, comfortable space with helpful staff & good A/C to keep cool!

It was clean, comfortable, spacious and cool - and the staff was very attentive & helpful!

The only thing that wasn’t resolvable within our stay is the AC unit in the bedroom dripped even when it wasn’t running, so we had to keep a towel or bowl under it, and when it was running it was frequent to the point that it was annoying to hear the drip-drip-drip of the water hitting the towel. Otherwise, it was unfortunate that the elevator wasn’t working from the beginning (being on the 5th floor and having to carry luggage up after a long trip to get there in the heat of the day wasn’t fun), but I appreciate that Murielle and team escalated this issue and it was repaired and working again within our stay.

Nice flat, broken lift

Attractive apartment, comfortable bed, good location. A couple without children might really enjoy this apartment. There is air-conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an oven. The place was clean.

Apartment was on the 6th floor with a broken lift. There is no evidence that this lift has ever worked. With a baby and a pram, we had booked this apartment specifically because it advertised a lift. They waited until we were already travelling to say they couldn't provide a highchair. They demand you follow a link to pay a deposit before they let you check in. This cannot be done through booking.com, there is no front desk, and again this condition was only apparent after we had booked (non refundable).

Zona tranquilla.. appartamento silenzioso e vicino alla metro numero 8. Facilità nel reperire le chiavi e trovare l appartamento. Appartamento dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici compreso la lavastoviglie con capsule e anche macchinetta del caffè espresso..molto apprezzato. (No sale no zucchero) Boulangerie comoda sotto casa e diversi negozi.

Bagno freddo senza riscaldamento...ho portato il termosifone portatile. Assenza di appendini per riporre gli asciugamani post doccia non potendo sfruttare il balcone essendo in inverno.

Séjour parfait.

Appartement parfaitement aménagé, propre et calme. Métro à proximité, commerces et restaurants nombreux aux alentours.

La prise des clés s'est avérée relativement complexe car les informations envoyées par mail : n° de porte et n ° de boîtier , n'étaient pas concordantes avec ce que nous voyions sur place. Léger problème de signalétique.

Una buena estancia para recorrer París

La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, a menos de 3 minutos andando de una parada de metro, cerca hay tiendas de alimentación, restaurantes, farmacias.... el apartamento esta en un barrio muy centrico. Las instalaciones son perfectas y están pendientes de que la estancia sea perfecta, nos ha gustado mucho.

지하철이 가깝고 길건너 슈퍼도 가까운 편입니다. 초등학교가 근처에 있으며 아이들과 노인들을 많이 볼수 있는 비교적 안전한 동네입니다. 집안에는 난방이 잘되어 따듯했고 따듯한물이 잘나왔습니다. 작지만 엘리베이터가 있어 이동이 편리 했고 옷장속에 있는 세탁기도 조용하게 작동되어 잘사용하였습니다. 화장실 서랍에는 여유 화장지와 수건이 있었고 직원에게 물어보고 사용할 수 있었습니다. 주방은 작지만 주방기구가 잘갖추어져 있어 가족여행에 적합했습니다. 침대와 이불도 비교적 깨끗하여 아이들과 잘사용하였습니다. 가장 좋은 점은 질문에 즉시 답해주었으며 궁금한점을 편하게 물어볼수 있었습니다.

저녁에 도착했을때 계단실 중간의 옷장에 있는 키박스의 위치를 찾기 조금 어려윘으며, 방호수도 x층 x호로 알려주었지만 xx호와 같이 명확하게 알려주면 더좋았을 것 같습니다. 청소상태는 대체로 좋았지만 창문틀에는 담배꽁초가 있었고 거실 소파와 소파 앞에 깔려있는 카펫은 지져분 했습니다. 카펫전용청소기로 청소가 필요해 보입니다. 침대는 모두 편안했지만 거실 소파침대의 옆으로 돌출된 부분에 무릎을 두번이나 찧어 보호장치가 필요해보입니다. 그리고 뚜껑있는 냄비가 1개 있으면 좋을것 같습니다.

Bardzo smutnym było to, że po rezerwacji objektu dostałam dużo email oraz wiadomości na mój whats up od oszustów. Wysyłali do mnie linki gdzie miałam wpłacić kaucję itd. Grozili odwolać rezerwację. Dużo nerwów kosztowało dla mnie ustalić z firmą co się dzieję i czemu ktoś piszę do mnie w ich imieniu. Mówili że któś włamał się do nich na mail. Nest to bardzo słabe, ponieważ daje odczucie niepokoju, zwłaszcza że naprawdę wplacasz na firmę kaucję 500 euro. Poza tym po rezerwacji w booking dostajesz od firmy ogromny mail gdzie straszą cię że każda skradziona rzecz będzie kosztować tobie kupę kasy. Nieprzyjemny ton tego dokumentu, gdzie nawet jest zaznaczone że po 21:00 nie polecają nawet rozmawiać w mieszkaniu. No tak, po to jedzie rodzina do Paryży by o 20:30 iść spać? Zapytałam telefonicznie że jak to milczeć po 21:00, że mam 5latku zakleić usta, ale powiedzieli, że spoko, rozmawiaj jak u siebie w domu. W takim razie po co te głupie dokumenty do podpisania...bardzo to słabe. Na dodatek znajdowanie kluczę od lokalu to była tragedia. Godzinę szukałam z rodziną kluczę od wejścia do apartamentu, bo opis się nie zgadzał. Facet próbował pomóc telefonicznie, ale, jak to możliwe że firma nie podaje rzetelnej info o keybox? Więc mówię jak jest - mieszkanie jest spoko, ale cała organizacja wynajęcia i zalatwienia kaucji to dramat.

De kamers waren groot, veel opbergruimtes. Goed uitgeruste keuken.

Het contact met de klantenservice; ze reageerden heel snel, zouden het oppakken, maar dat werd vervolgens niet gedaan (3x contact gehad, 1e keer over de WiFicodes, daar kwam direct reactie op, de 2e keer over een kapotte vrieskast met potentieel gevaar voor het appartement (want volledig bevroren, sloot niet goed, en daarom risico op lekken) en de 3e keer (niet te koppelen televisie aan het netwerk, waardoor casten/Netflix niet mogelijk was) werd er direct gereageerd en actie beloofd, die tot op heden helaas niet gekomen is. Het voelt een beetje als een outsourced customer service, bijna een chatbot, waar je eigenlijk niks aan hebt.
