Superbe appartement avec belle vue jardin

Je recommande les yeux fermés Un grand merci à notre hôte pour son accueil, sa bienveillance et sa disponibilite. Appartement très tres propre et très calme, bien équipé, bien situé avec vue sur un grand jardin. A proximité divers commerces pour se restaurer. A proximité le métro pour visiter Paris. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse pour un prochain séjour sur Paris.

I could happily have stayed here much longer. It's a loverly apartment in a very quiet complex, overlooking the internal gardens with a small terrace. The apartment is if anything larger than it looks on the photos, and is well equipped and comfortable. It's just a short jog from the Lac du Bercy and then into the Bois de Vincennes, so a really lovely location. And being right on the Metro line 8 is also incredibly well connected. I walked right across to Bastille, mostly along the Viaduc des Arts, which is a lovely walk and didn't take too long. Alex, the host, is charming and very helpful, and though I didn't have any trouble with the heat (I kept the blinds closed during the day), he provides a fan with its own ice-container in case you need to cool down.

host disponibile e paziente: abbiamo avuto un problema che ci ha fatto ritardare di 1h, ma l'host ci ha atteso senza problemi e senza farci pesare l'inconveniente. Ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per gestire e usufruire dei servizi dell'appartamento al meglio e per raggiungere i luoghi che ci interessavano nei dintorni.

purtroppo il soggiorno non dispone di tapparelle, ma solo di tende: chi dorme sul divano letto può avere qualche difficoltà se sensibile alla luce. La via ed il condominio possono sembrare popolari, ma è tutto molto tranquillo

Very quiet place. Cozy apartment with a wonderful balcony. There are a lot of shops and restaurants as well as several metro stations nearby. Alex, the owner was very friendly and helpful.
